Once they'd settled, the very air seemed to become sparse of oxygen. It wasn't exactly like it mattered anyway, but at the same time it left an uncomfortable feeling among those gathered round the two divine beings. Sullivan's dark gaze rested upon the two, unmoving, as anxiety crept up his spine, digging its horrid claws into him. Desmond on the other hand remained uncharacteristically silent, seeming to watch them just as intently as his brother. For what seemed like hours, days, months even - there was only silence and they were all frozen in place. And then, alas, it began.
XXXXWhen this happened, it was as if reality had snapped into place once more, awakening a force they'd seemingly had forgotten since the tension arose. There was quite a bit of back and forth, but in the end, Jules - Jystyr - the gob, had won. Sullivan looked on in both awe and horror as the gobbess was whisker away into the air, disappearing from sight. Only a moment had passed before the gob himself did the same - slipping away into the crowd, in a different form. And now, there was only a confused crowd of goobs left behind.

"Well, what was that all about? Seems like we just wasted our time. Not even a good fight, in my opinion." Desmond spoke aloud, shattering the uneasy silence. He arose and began to turn away from the scene, disinterested.

"Wh- What do you mean? Sure, I'm unsure of all that just happened but...should we worry? Will she come back? The gob-"

"Please. Was she some joke or what? Defeated by a bit of black slime and stars? Good riddance, perhaps we agels are the ones who've truly fallen after all." Desmond replied with a snort, tail lashing behind him.

"D-Desmond! Y-You can't talk like that. Surely...maybe it was for the better. I'm not a fan of diabs myself, but I didn't like the way the gobbess was acting... So maybe-"

"So maybe we're better off without her? Yeah, I think so too. Jeez, what a joke."

Ugin paused as the question was asked, of what she hoped to look like once she had grown. She gave a wink, as she opened up her notebook to show her sisters. She had taken it a step forward to show them her grown form... and a grown grown form to hopefully one day be unlocked through hard work and trials.

Both Harley and Crowley's eyes went wide as they looked over Ugin's sketch. Of course much was the same but this goob... no. Minor gobbess was taller, but it was the wings that were amazing. The wings were designed as a home for the many ghosts that always were attracted to Ugin, a meeting place of those unable to move on. To change shape and size, and be able to accommodate their bearer. Around her neck was a book with a rather nice but old fashioned quill. The book and quill could change size at will, and were used for keeping memories.

A minor gobbess of memory, the picture indicated. But her unique trait was that her tail was a long streamer that shared her thoughts and words, and could project itself anywhere with its own unique voice once the words were displayed. A new type of limb she created, to aid with her speech impediment. In this way, too, she could continue to give the ghosts a voice and keep/find their memories, all while her own voice could finally be heard as well.

suppose your goobies were gobs..
what would their t4/g4 trait be.. what would their niche be.. and why?

Soleil would definitely be the gob of stars in some way. Her trait might be something like the gobs but instead of the stars being random they reflect the stars in the sky, showing different constellations and things. Kinda like a portable star map xD I feel her goo would be less smoky and more princess celestial style. Very flowy like its got no gravity but still whole goo.very dark almost pitch black to reflect space and make the stars shine brighter. She could also have small specks of stars that float around her, grouping mostly by her head and tail.

She would be the gob of stars because she absolutely adores the stars and everything about them. She's mapped them out multiple times and never grows bored of them. They mean a lot to her and to be the gob of them? That would be the icing on the galaxy sized cake!
