[River Rain]

Decided to redesign IceBreak Charizard which I originally made in middle school, idk if I still have the drawing but I wanted to make a special Charizard. It was a simple idea with how to get one where you'd get a mega stone that was frozen and use it while in a frozen state. And you could craft one with only using the mega charizarite Y and a never melt ice. Idk I was in middle school. But I like the idea :3
I think I either settled with Fire Ice or Flying Ice or typing. Either of them are good tbh.
But for redesigning I just put some ice on it and used the old shiny colors for the bb cuz it honestly works well.
Should I make a shiny version of this?? idk might have to think of ideas first-
