It's 10:30 or 11 am, and I think I said it closes at like 3 or 4 pm since most people eat dinner at home or go to restaurants or fast food rather than a cafe.

I was wondering how well the kids could talk? Like all of the 2 year olds, since I guess I would say they're technically toddler age
Do they know a fair amount of words and can they speak sentences yet?

From what I've seen of YouTuber vlog channels kids, they can speak but not like all the time. I guess they can speak words, smaller ones, and sometimes what seems like sentences. I've...never had a kid though.
