Jessaa is so excited for pups
They won't know shes pregnant until she's halfway through probably. At least in one RP I was in, my wolf was like two weeks along and other wolves were surprised to know she was even pregnant...so i guess you wouldn't actually know at that point.

Isla is unsure about pups. As a healer she has helped wolves give birth, but she is unsure if she'd want pups of her own. She's afraid of how terrible she thinks she'd be at raising and caring for pups.
