The sorbet is worth 0.5-0.75 nons, and the remaining pets don't add to the gap. The other VR dog doesn't have any specific demand that would add either, but I could be wrong on that so get a 2nd opinion

UR Avocado goes for 0.5-0.75 nons which is between 5-9 MA's
(depending on what you value demand for the avocado as)

So this is unfair it seems.
