pov it’s your first day doing doordash deliveries and a customer refuses to let you in the gate of their complex but also refuses to come out and get their order.

And yes she then got mad, called me and insulted me for being slow (even though I got there 10 minutes early) and demanded a refund even though I’m in no control.

Yes I followed all the directions and did what I was supposed to do but wow idk if I want to deliver in that area anymore lmao

Anyways, if you order food online MAKE SURE WE CAN GET TO YOU DAMMIT

it only happened 4 hours ago lmao nothing has happened so far.

yeah, I followed the directions on the app and left it at the gate in a safe spot. Took a picture and sent it to them after the 5 minute warning. Technically I won’t get in any trouble since I even went out of my way staying there past the timer waiting for their reply
