dumb, upset. i wanted to convert a youtube video to get some audio, but i chose the wrong site. I use avast antivirus and mcafee is keeping telling me i have a virus. and norton tells me my subscription is up. I don't know how to cure this

did i talk about my worry and agrivation of the pc-protect dot xyz telling me i need to scan for virus on behalf of mp3-now. i wanted to convert a down load from youtube for a phone ringtone. i don't recall the program that converts mp4 to mp3. or maybe it was avi to mp3. so confusing. frustrate, worry.

grumpy, i woke up with a migraine my left eye is killing me and my brother's pug won't shut up. so irritated. had like 100 nightmares last night about people dying and my koi dying and everything dying horrifically why can i not sleep without having godawful nightmares every night @_@
