- Coughing lightly from the sudden expanse of smoke and dust, she kept her wits about her as she searched for a sign of an attack from the explosive male that was in front of her. ‘Mm..using the dust and smoke as a cover to perform a sneak attack? Or to gain the upper hand as you noticed I wanted to fight at long range?’ The shadow user thought, gripping the bo-staff in her hands tightly. Her ears perked at the sound of another explosion from behind and she quickly blocked the front kick that Katsuki had sent her with the bo staff she held. But was unaware at the fact that Shoto’s flames where fast approaching, it was only when her bo-staff disappeared from the sudden bright light and sudden kick to her lower abdomen from Katsuki did she realize that the both of them where in danger of getting burned, quite literally. ‘Dammit, the only way fast enough for us the doge the fire is for me to use Shadow Step… I did tell him the effects before this simple spar, hopefully he won’t be too mad.’
Despite the pain she felt from the kick, she quickly grabbed onto the foot that Katsuki had kicked her with, and the two teens where then suddenly teleported out of the fiery attack Shoto had sent towards them. Luckily, the two of them ended at the wall closest to the entrance, and the shadow user used the wall as a steady point as nausea and tiredness quickly was settling upon her.
“Sorry for the no warning about the sudden use of shadow step Bakugo, but amongst the smoke and dust, my bo-staff disappeared from Shoto’s fire and we where in danger of being burned,” She said as she weakly sat down next to her bag. “How you holding up though?” She asked, wondering if he was suffering from the same affects she was dealing with now.
Her ears perked at the sound of a new voice that was at the doors of the gym, ’looks like a new student’ She thought to herself. She chuckled. “S’all good, this is the norm here. You get used to it after awhile. The three of us where just getting in some training.” Achlys said while holding her stomach lightly. There wasn’t much pain now as it was fading, but it’ll definitely leave a bruise.

She was rather glad that it was nighttime for she would have to face what the media says about seeing a golden dragon in broad daylight. Auriel chuckled internally. ‘What a headline that would be, Breaking: A dragon was seen in the sky today and it looks like the ones depicted in old mythology.’ Shaking her head, she made her way out of the few scattered clouds that where in the sky before she eventually landed in a close by alleyway that was near U.A. As much as Auriel just wanted to land in the dead center of the high school, that wouldn’t be ideal.“As much as I’d like to land in the dead center of the school, we are here as a impromptu ‘rescue mission.’” She said making quotation marks with her fingers at the end as she walked towards her former high school with the moth man. “So, do we have a plan or we just gonna walk right in like we own the place? He should still be in the nurse’s office right?”
