I second lex.’s evaluation, it comes down to whether you’d prefer to have the Drink Me or two ‘smaller’ pets as the offer is fair in terms of value.

Most recent value I saw is a late 09 rare. It's most definitely not worth an MA, they are probably trying to scam you.

the 2014 store pet is unecessary to its side, the gryphons go for 2~ (maybe 3?) MA's, and the arabian is 3-4 MA's. the alien is 1 MA.
It's up to you on whether the store cat makes a difference to the trade
