Canan pushed herself off the hard ground. Standing up, she brushed off the back of her green cargo pants and wiped her hands on her slighty torn shirt. If it hadnt of been for her white undershirt, people couldve seen her stomach and such. Canan began to make her way to the edge of the jungle that touched the beach, where her camp was. While traveling, she minded the bugs and small creatures that scurried in the underbrush. If one was in her path, she gently moved it out of the way saying 'Pardon me.' to each one.

Ash was beginning to become uncomfortable as she walked through the forest. Berry juice caused her shirt to stick to her skin in a way that made her feel grossly warm in that area as the juice hardened and made it harder for air to get through to her skin. She couldn't shift to a form with fur because she'd drop her harvest, which would make what she did a total waste fo time. Sighing, she made her way to the camp in discomfort.

Jonathan blinked his eyes open, staring at the bright, clear sky above him. He moved his hand, feeling the ground beneath him. Sand? Something wet lapped at his feet. Sitting upright abruptly, Jonathan stared in shock at his surroundings. "What the heck?" He exclaimed. Jumping to his feet, the boy did a full 360-eyes wide. "How...?" he murmured. Oh. Right. The shift. Lovely. Rubbing at his eyes tiredly, Jonathan set off down the beach. Maybe, just maybe...there was another person here.

Ash was becoming ignorant of her surroundings as the uncomfortable sensation of berry juice crusting on her shirt took over her attention. She figured she should have put some leaves on the shirt to prevent as much berry juice as possible from staining her clothes and dripping onto her stomach and legs...and pants. It would probably be a lot easier if I wlaked along the beach, instead of stumbling through the forest...She thought to herself and began walking in a direction that would take her onto the beach.
She gave a sigh of relief when the ground beneath her was soft sand instead of crunching leaves and twigs. Looking around as a habit she had developed she saw a figure walking the beach, an unfamiliar one. Squinting her eyes she could just make him out. "Hey!" she called out to him.

Alyssa ran her coarse, broken fingernails over the four deep gouges in the tree branch she was laying on, high above the ground. She had made them not too long ago, angry and in her Maltese Tiger form. She had been angry because... well, just because. She grumbled to herself, grumpy. She was in a horrendous mood for absolutely no reason, and that in itself pissed her off. She shifted her weight to the side, purposefully falling over the side of the branch, her fingers and legs gripped firmly around the branch. Her momentum stopped with her hanging upside down, and she let her legs fall until she was only holding on to the branch with her hands. She then let go, gracefully falling through the air, artfully and strategically grabbing branches on her decent so that she wouldn't be hurt when she hit the ground. She landed softly, and walked on the balls of her feet, absorbing a majority of the sound. Something was wrong, but she didn't know what, and that was throwing her into this foul mood.

Jonathan had been looking down at the brown sand beneath his feet, watching the waves obliverate his footprints. A voice suddenly called out, and he raised his head, looking around. Spotting a figure down the beach, he moved towards it, first at a fast walk, then a trot, picking up speed as he went. Well, it appeared that he was right in his hoping. "Hey!" Jonathan called back.

Ash made to wave and then realized she'd drop her load of berries if she did, so she settled on a loud, "Hi!" instead. "You...just been dropped off?" she asked, cocking her head. Being that she didn't recognize him [Ash knew mostly everyone on the island] meant he probably would. It was a good thing she had found him, then. Most newbies didn't make it without help from someone who'd been here a while.

Jonathan slowed to halt just in front of the girl. She looked like she was around his age, maybe younger, with pale skin and brown hair. "Hi." He said quietly, a bit uncertain. This entire situation was bizarre; it was like living a dream. Maybe it was a dream. If it was, that meant...he ran his tounge over his teeth, frowning a bit as he felt their sharpness. Nevermind.
"Yeah. I was 'dropped off'", here he made large, exaggerated quotations with his fingers, a wry grin on his face, "not too long ago. I'm Jonathan Grayson. What's your name?" Jonathan held out his hand, but quickly dropped it when he realized the girl wouldn't be able to move. Her hands were occupied with her shirt, which looked like it was carrying...berries? Sneaking a glance at the dark liquid, Jonathan felt his stomach rumble and he pressed his hand against it, grimacing.

While making her way to her small camp-ish like thing, Canan heard talking and quickly hunched down. She looked through a thinner bush and seen a boy and girl conversing. Stay hunkered down, she made her way along the edge of the jungle. 'I thought I was the only one here...' Canan thought. She stepped on a twig and it made a small 'crack'. 'Crap,' she thought 'I didnt want to be found...' Canan moved swifter, trying not to step on anything.

Alyssa walked quietly towards the beach, wanting to take a quick swim in her tiger form, maybe find something to eat. After all, as a tiger, she was the one big cat that had no aversion to water.
"... 'dropped off'." said a strange boy just as she walked through the brush onto the coarse sand, right in front of him.
"Oh." she said, looking from him to Ash. "Sorry." She turned around, ready to run in the opposite direction. She didn't like to interrupt conversations, and she couldn't believe that she had not been paying attention enough to hear them earlier.
