Personality: Heidi presents to the world as the picture of courtly majesty, demure, soft-spoken, and political in the subtle sort of way that princesses often are. She's content to serve on the sidelines, offering her opinion on matters of state, and otherwise assisting her family. In casual interactions, she's warm, polite, and has a disarming sort of charm to her, that makes one feel she's someone that can be confided in. This of course, is nothing more than a facade, carefully concocted and maintained over the years to mask her true actions. When a word or suggestion won't fix a problem, a blade in the back or a few coins in the right pocket just might. In this capacity, she is cunning, ruthless, and completely without mercy, willing to go to any lengths to protect her family and her kingdom.
History: Heidi was a wild, free-spirited child, often shirking her royal education for more entertaining things, like climbing around the fortress and bothering the guards to teach her swordplay. As she grew older, these wild tendencies faded, or at least appeared to. She began to take her education more seriously, and grew into what any casual observer would call a fine young lady. Of course, this is only part of the story. By day, she learned ettiquite and needlepoint, skills a lady would require should she wish to find a suitable husband, but by night she learned to fight, to move silently, to navigate the backways and side-alleys of the kingdom's underbelly as easily as the nuances and niceties of the royal court. She wouldn't take the throne, the thought of marriage to a man wasn't an entertaining prospect to begin with, but she would work tirelessly to protect it, doing what her brothers and sisters couldn't, or wouldn't, to ensure the kingdom's continued survival.

Kingdom of Fordaemdur
Ronan Fenn: "I will act where you cannot."
Heidi thinks Ronan will make an excellent king.
She also realizes that his greatest strength is also
his greatest weakness, and if left to his own devices
he'll self-destruct and take the kingdom with him.
She has resolved to act as the iron hand he doesn't
have, both to ensure the health of the kingdom and so
that kind older brother she grew up with continues to
exist.
Bennet Fenn: "I'll keep you safe, from the shadows."
Heidi has an extreme soft spot for Bennet. If
she hadn't had the outlet of her training, she very
well might have wound up where he is today. She
likes to keep an eye on him when he's out and about,
and she's usually the one who distracts the guards
so that he can slip out. She can't risk having any fun,
so helping him is the least she can do.
Caine Malory: "A loyal soldier, and a vaulable asset."
Heidi holds nothing but respect for Caine, his
loyalty is unquestionable and his skillset and experience
are invaluable. She has yet to take anyone else into her
confidence, but if she were to start he'd be among the
first.
Moriah O'Malley: "Useful."
People let their guard down around servants,
especially when they forget they're there. Moriah
is the perfect candidate for this, and why Heidi pushed
for her to be allowed to stay once her sentence was up.
She's a useful source of information, and it doesn't hurt
that Heidi enjoys having her around.
Wolves of Fordaemdur
Tarner Eathe: "One to watch."
Charisma and ambition are dangerous things, and Tarner
has both in spades. There's also something else about him,
something Heidi can't quite put her finger on. She's content
to let him be for now, but she would be neither surprised
nor upset should she have to stick a dagger between his
ribs one day.
Sersha Eathe: "A shame about her family."
Heidi appreciates Sersha's skill, and sees no reason
to question her loyalties. There's always the chance she
could use her against her brother, but she finds the matter
distasteful, in no small part because she actually doesn't
mind being around her.
Damien Drake: "Unremarkable."
Damien does adequate work, and she appreciates his
skill as a leader. He could stand to be a bit less nervous,
though, that's a bad look for the captain of the guard.
Svala Holt: "Unpleasant."
She may have forged her arms and armor, but Heidi
doesn't like Svala. She respects her skill, but her personality
leaves a lot to be desired, and she's glad to keep as far
away from the smith as she can.
Cian Ruane: "Good at his job, perhaps too good."
Heidi appreciates Cian's loyalty, and the zeal with
which he carries out his duties. That being said, he could
stand to be a bit more lax about it. Her own duties often
require a slight bending of the rules, and she's run afoul
of him several times in the past. Luckily she hasn't been
found out yet, but it certainly doesn't make her job
any easier.
Jason Mormont: "Much more pleasant."
A blacksmith Heidi much prefers talking to, she doesn't
know him all that well but he's at least nicer to interact with.
Freyja Payne: "A credit to her profession."
Heidi usually tends to her own wounds, but in the event
she wasn't able to she'd probably go to Freyja first. She
respects her medical skill, though she hopes it isn't enough
that she notices the strange injuries Heidi usually incurs on
a day-to-day basis.

@everyone i'm so loving seeing everyone's character relations come together! as of this morning, i believe i have mine all up to date, but as always, if anyone would like to discuss a relationship with one of my characters that is different than the one i have up there now, please let me know!
i'm thinking that i'll kick the role play off tomorrow, which i realize may not be ideal for many of you because it's christmas eve, but please don't worry about it too much if you can't get a post up yourself for a couple of days! if we don't talk in the interim, please have a very happy, warm, and safe holiday season, and all the best in the coming new year! <3

@zhelaniye Sounds great! I'll have to see if I find time sometime this weekend, either that or I might just wait and see what everyone's doing, since Moriah will just be in the marketplace by herself, if we're starting back where we left off last (unless someone wants to bump into her, lol) Otherwise, I hope you and everyone else here has a very Merry Christmas! ouo it is such a joy and a pleasure to be able to get together and rp with you folks~
