Saturday I am traveling to my bf's in the Netherlands, so I can't be certain of my schedule. Hopefully it won't effect my posting much, but I have no idea what

Background:

Ever since she was aware of her existence, Tempest was alone. She was never able to figure out who her parents truly were... And she does resent them for it, though it was easy to guess why they left her for dead: she was tiny, fragile, skinny... A true runt of the litter, which is something she hates to think about now. It wasn't easy to survive on scraps, in fact, she almost had a visit to the heavens until... She bumped into him.

Him being a large, battle-scarred lone wolf who had a tendency to terrorize any other wolves that crossed his path to show off how much power he had. Luckily for Tempest, this beast was not so morally skewed to hurt a small pup, he was actually looking for a successor, someone who would continue his work for him. He took in the weak cub and helped her survive the first, harsh few months of life, he taught her everything she needed to know to face life head on. The old wolf saw the potential that Tempest had and asked if she wanted to train with him to become an undefeated fighter, thankful for all the help that her sort of... Fatherly figure provided her, she accepted without hesitation, especially when she was told she could accomplish great things. She fought and fought until she wasn't able to stand most of the time, scratched up and aching but feeling her body get stronger as the days passed by. Finally the decisive moment came, when her mentor would finally announce if she was worthy of continuing his legacy... Sadly, she was not, he told her that he found someone else that had what she didn't, the flaws within her weren't present on the other wolf that he also trained in secret.

The anger and resentment that was instilled in Tempest was absolutely overwhelming, how could he have had the audacity to refuse her? Telling her that she was too "overly ambitious"... Ambition is what one needs to succeed isn't it? Well, she sure thought so. In the following days she snapped at her mentor whenever he tried talking to her but it was no use, he wasn't at all fazed by it. So in one bright, sunny morning she gave in and decided to forgive him, the old wolf smiled when he saw that his young apprentice had finally come to terms with his choice and gave her a tight hug... What he didn't expect however, was for his lessons to turn against him, in the flash of a second Tempest had pinned the other to the ground and swiftly ended his life with a clean tear of the throat. Revenge was served, it wasn't over yet though, she seeked out the true successor and abruptly cut off his chances of wreaking any havoc... What was she to do now? Well, she wasn't willing to create destruction and chaos out of spite... So hopefully a pack will accept her for her skills, it's not like she would be denied again, right?

Personality:

Small she is, very small for a regular wolf but... Even smaller is her fuse, such a big temper contained in someone so short... Is almost mindblowing, Tempest is not really someone to mess around with, poking the "bear" with a stick will most certainly result in an injury since she has a harsh bark and an even worse bite. She would best be described like a storm: Loud and raging, an absolute brute with a feral way of being who is not above proudly displaying ever single one of her accomplishments.

Tempest frequently gets herself into trouble due to her impulsive and reckless nature, usually diving headfirst into things and acting before thinking, which often leads to her accumulating more scars to her already large collection of them. Listening to a voice of reason is not exactly in her motto but if need be she will do what she has to, she's only willing to take orders from higher ranking wolves however, she wants her work to be recognized and to move up as many tiers as she can and maybe someday reach the alpha ranking... It's thrilling for her to think of it but not the wisest rank to give her, not until she learns to be more calm and calculating.

Although she's highly stubborn and hot-headed, deep in her heart Tempest does mean well, she just has a hard time expressing herself properly since her entire puphood consisted of... Fighting your problems away, her social skills weren't developed very well so her communication skills are also lacking, what one does need to know above all else: If you haven't been told to leave at any time it means that your presence is at the very least tolerated, if you keep going perhaps she'll let her guard down eventually... No matter how long that takes.

hehe, thanks. :) I live there half the time and plan to move there, it's a really nice country, I recommend visiting and going to the countryside instead of the city. :)
