Hey everyone. I'm really sorry it's taken me so long to say anything - I went to bed last night and woke up to a huge incident having taken place.

Now I've finished work for today and had some time to think about it, I want to say: please be considerate of others. You don't know the identity of the person on the other side of the screen, and if they raise a concern about something, don't be dismissive of their feelings. Explain your intentions, sure, to make them clearer, and see if there's an alternative way to do things. I don't want people being uncomfortable or feeling unsafe in my roleplay. If you feel that you cannot do this, then I will ask you withdraw from the roleplay.

That said, Onion has chosen to withdraw from the roleplay.
If anyone has any concerns or questions, PM me directly.

Directly Roleplay-related news: I won't be posting until a bit later tonight, or tomorrow - apologies to anyone waiting on me to post.

I've also added Valiant's Vision Cave to the list of locations, if anyone wants to give that a read. I'll also be adding in some other locations a bit later on as well, and a general layout description for the Fairground.

And what was the gate question? I think that was deleted as well.

yeah they deleted it. but me and Star were wondering. would the gate do anything to Ember bc she tried to open it on her own. it is a magical gate so i wanted to ask if it would do anything to her. as like a defense or protection. Or is it just a sad plain gate XD. you know, either works. but yeah we was just wondering. if the gates do something? what would it do? idk if i should write it or not in my next response.

One more question, Does someone control the gate or does the gate kind of think on its own? bc Ember might be looking for someone in charge of the gate. like... security... But first she will be going with Caelan to do some relationship growth. then be lookin for whoever is in charge of the gate. weather there is someone or not. but I wanted to know in case there is someone who controls when the gate is open or closed.

While the gate is magical, I don't think it would specifically do anything to Ember (or anyone) trying to open it. Just sort of... stay closed. It won't zap you or anything haha
However, it won't let you climb over it or go over the top either - it just feels like an invisible barrier.

Since the gate is magical, it operates on its own accord, though doesn't normally need to since it stays open almost all of the time - to the point that it being closed is extremely unusual and often a sign that there's something wrong. Either the gate is deliberately keeping someone (or something...) in (or out), or something is wrong with the magic of it.
