Their side roughly adds up to about 8 '09 rares, so yes, I would say that this is fair as the ghost cat is a ma and ma's go for 6-9 09 rares.

Unfair to the rat. It's in the non tier, but as rats have very low demand you might only get a sorb (.5 non) for it. but their side is only about 24 09 Rares which is barely half of a sorb or .25 nons and that's very unfair.
