Welcome to Create-A-Village's readopt hub! Here, staff will host readoptions of villagers whose players quit the game, wanted to downsize, or who were banned from the game. Players can reach out to staff and ask them to host a readopt or staff will reach out to players during an activity check.

𝐑𝐮𝐥𝐞𝐬

[ 1 ] Only CAV staff will handle readopts, so please notify your mod
if you want to have your village readopted out. However, you're
always welcome to specify what you would like for the staff to keep
in their guidelines (ex: if you would like your villagers to keep their
old names, personalities and backstories or if you would like certain
villagers kept together).

[ 2 ] You can only claim 5 villagers or 1 group per village you own
between posts. Therefore, you could claim up to 10 villagers or 2
groups so long as 5 villagers/ 1 group goes to one village, and 5
villagers/1 group goes to the other village. If CAV staff finds that you
are sidestepping this rule, we will rescind your claim to the villagers
you are trying out for and will administer the appropriate warning.

[ 3 ] Each readopt comes with a set of rules created by the mod or
user that potential adoptees must follow in order to receive a villager.
If these rules are violated, your claim will be rescinded and they will
be adopted out to someone else. Repeated violations will earn a
warning or strike from CAV staff.

[ 4 ] Users who have received a strike cannot participate in readopts
for 31 days following the strike.

[ 5 ] To adopt, you must have the following qualifications: have made
a post on CAV within the past month; have not exceeded the 5 villagers/
1 group per village adoption limit; have had a starter replied to by a
mod and have made a first post since.

   3. Have had a starter replied to by a mod and have made a first post since.
2. You may not change the names, sexes, or genders if given. You must age up the villagers you receive by one year when you add them.
3. If a reference is given, you may change it so long as the image used is F2U, created by you, or commissioned by you.
4. You must state which village your villager is going to, even if you only have one.
