Lucy spotted Aileen from the corner of her eye. She had respected the demon girl since arriving; Lucy liked her bluntness (which relieves them both unnecessary small talk). Lucy-always an envious type-took note of Aileen's outfit right away. You got to give it to her-- you won't be able to rock the girl's look, she's literally a demon, she thought. The once bright yellow flowers that had grown from her headvines just this morning from a warm moment with Sapph had slightly begun to shrink in from the moment of envy. Oops, hope she doesn't notice.. Her thoughts returned to issue at hand. The fae's mind was always turning from one thing or another at rapid fire, and her mood moving with it--such is the curse when your magic and emotions are deeply tied. Yeah, kind of hard not to...What do you think that's all about?

Lucy noticed the rainbow array from the banks of the spring as she stood there in anticipation of the demon girl's response, actively self-conscious of the wilting flowers of her hair vines. Turning her head from left to right as the splash and light from the freshwater spring commanded her attention, she noticed that Ignifera had slipped away from where they were and was now landed softly next to Sapph. Her lover was brightly wading in the banks, and she could hear as the two were conversing. Something about the gate? Lucy's flowers wilted a little bit more when she noticed the water surrounding Sapphire moved softly Everything okay Sapph?? The fairy was always worried about her lover, they both have experienced bursts of emotions they need to work to control. All seemed fine. Suddenly, the still waters started crashing on the shore, even though the mermaid appeared she had already calmed from the moment of emotional overwhelm. Yikes.. Okay, not okay.. At this point, Lucy was completely distracted by watching her lover's interaction on the banks. I hope I didn't miss anything Aileen said It sounds like they're going to the cafe!? She bursted out.

With cheeks reddened by embarassement Ignifera nodded... He was hungry, although he wouldn't die of starvation because he only entered the first stages of immortality, the feeling was very uncomfortable and he liked eating way too much.

-Y-yeah... My late hunts are unsuccesfull... It's not that I can starve myself to death...- he replied holding his midsection as if it would block the grumbling noise in the future... -Human form is so weird...- the last sentence he mumbled to himself.

The vision of going to eat in the cafe was too tempting right now.

Sapp pulled herself out of the water and onto the soft grass, which was now wet from her waves. Her tail shimmered in the sunlight. It was impossible to pinpoint what color her tail was because as you kept looking, it continued to shimmer and change as the light did too.

"I'm sorry your hunts have been unsucessful, hopefully that'll change for you soon". She hovered her hand over the wet grass and tail around her, and flicked her fingers in an artful manner and the water evaporated. Her tail disappeared in a wirlwind of colors, replaced with a pair of legs. Her skin no longer tinged purple, but instead sunkissed and dry. Her hair dry too, but shorter than it was before by a signficant amount. She almost looks entirely different, except that the storminess is still in her eyes and her hair is as blue as ever.

She stood up slowly, careful not to fall. "Sorry... I'm a little shaky on my legs at first still. But do you mind if we invite Lucy to eat with us? And Aileen, I think that is her name at least..." Sapphire gestures over at where Lucy is talking to Aileen. She notices that Lucy's flowers are slowly wilting and she worries about her. It must have something to do with the gate. This is not good, not good at all. Sapp takes a deep breath in hopes on controlling her emotions, there is no need to get riled up. Things are all alright.

he turned slowly in his chair giving malum the most discussed look you could think of. Being a man like Taurus. fancy suits and matching tie and handkerchief. He was just in his officer suit, but he always wore a blue, black or gold tie to match the uniform. Whatever she was wearing was an insult to fashion. "wut on earth are you wearing." lol completely offended by this rando who wore something that doesn't match AT ALL. It's not his fault that he thinks this way. his stepmother Scarlett had him grow up thinking that way. This was why Taurus would always wear a suit. His stepmother would criticize him if he ever wore anything different, if his tie was the wrong color, if his handkerchief was not folded properly, or his vest isn't tucked in properly, His socks don't match. So, he grew up thinking that was the only way to be accepted.

Thunder wasn't proud of what he said to his brother and felt guilty for it. "We could be on lockdown or something. Unlikely but possible. but even then, on lockdowns the gates are usually open.... maybe Taurus knows why. after all he is security."

After this she was probably going to head out to go grab more stuff from her house so she could stay here a bit longer in search of her brother.

They watched as he downed the rest of the beverage that was previously given to him. "Would you like another one, Ezzy?" He said, may as well try his luck with the nickname again.

-No problem... - it felt kinda nice, he never was invited anywhere, as a result of living all these years alone and gaining ability to change into human form much later (it was more or less 60 human years since he reached adulthood, but comparing this time frame with eagle-owl's natural lifespan... he could be easly taken for an elder owl right now... not that he celebrated birthday or measured it).
He saw as the siren pulled herself out of water and also changed into more human shape, for the first few moments she was indeed unsteady on her legs now. Thankfully he was experienced enough already that he was past that stage where he felt dizzy and shaky after transforming. However he didn't comment her level of shapeshifting abilities, as many species were even more limited in that area, unable to hide such important details as tail, non-human ears or other characteristics.

Still mesmerized by the sight of her lover, Lucy's flowers ever so gently began to open up again when she noticed Ignifera and Sapphire heading towards the direction of the fairy and demon. Sapph had dried in her elegant way, and Lucy delighted to see her lover's alternative form. Two forms, both so gorgeous, she thought. The flowers of her hair opened a little more. Anything Aileen would say to Lucy would have been drown out my the fairy's swirling thoughts of the mermaid creature she loves; Lucy had a way of always being lost in her thoughts. Suddenly she began fluttering softly off the ground, and slammed back down when she brought her eyes back to Aileen. focus, Lucy. Sorry, the gate is bothering me, and I keep getting distracted by their conversation over there... You know my partner Sapph--Wait-- you came up asking about the gate-- I haven't seen the gate closed before, should we be worred? Aha sorry for blurting earlier..

The fairy's awkward rambling was stopped by the feeling of arms being wrapped around their side from behind. Lucy became warm with delight from the familiar touch on her arms and the soft kiss of the neck. The flowers of her hair bloomed magnificently. Right next to this morning's fresh yellow flower that had once again brightened was a bright new pink bud in her hair. The fairy let out a cheerful chuckle, and some of the butterfly's that had been passing stopped to join the aura of Lucy's powerful joy. Lucy greeted the butterflies with her mind, and gestured to one of the blue butterflies. Blue is Sapph's favorite.. She quickly communicated to the beautiful creature to land gently on the tip of her mermaid lover's nose. Hey Sapph, she said in between her chuckles. She returned a kiss to her partner which shook off the butterfly. I'd love to join ya! Turning back to Ignifera, she calming herself between soft laughter, to apologize for earlier. Ignifera, sorry I didn't get to actually speak with you earlier, my mind is changing as quickly as these flowers on my head... LITERALLY..

If her breathing did not give away, anyone passing by her would assume they might have accidentally encountered a body. Varroa slowly opened her eyes then began her long stretch. She looks around her surrounding once again. The only sign she noticed she had slept comfortably was the cumulus bypassing the sunlight. She hummed with content. Varroa pushed herself up then leisurely walked away with arms locked behind.

Although there weren't many lives walking around in the fairground, it still exerts lively energy from all the lights and noises. Varroa lightly scratched her head, ignoring the repulse feeling rising from her. The faint smell of cotton candy fills her nose, and she turns in that direction.

As Varroa walked over to the cotton candy stand, she overheard a chatter between two people. The closer she got, the more she realized the young man was Leon. Her face did not change when she heard he was trying to investigate a rumor. Varroa stood next to the male. She remained silent, pretending to get a closer look at the soft, fluffy sweets while her ears are open for other stories.

Sapphire noticed how with her presence and affection, Lucy's flowers bloomed spectacularly. It is always so nice to see the love them have for one another reflected so clearly in Lucy's flowers. It makes the love between them feel so powerful. The blue butterfly landing on Sapph's nose sent a wonderful shiver down her spine to and to her human form's toes. She couldn't help but to admire the natural beauty and elegance that her lover radiates. Nothing could have prepared Sapphire for how awestruck she would be every time she realizes she is the lucky creature that gets to love this Fairy. Everything Lucy does for her is so detail oriented and filled with love, she thinks as she takes note of how the butterfly is a beautiful shade of blue, a color she adores. The butterfly quickly flutters off as she her lips are met by those of Lucy. Warmth and love fills her veins as they kiss.

"We''ll be off to eat then?" She asks the group, thinking about how hungry Ignifera must be.
