Hi there,

As explained in the post, while we can take action against cases of scamming where a player lies about pet values, unfortunately we have no way to enforce these rules against ninja trades as they may simply be unintentional bad trades; it is not inherently against the rules to send bad trades.

If someone sends you a trade and you feel they may be lying about a pet's value, feel free to send in a help ticket so we can take a look.

This was great info! Im not new at this game but sometimes I do get confused on the rarity. One time I traded my rare oreo malk dog (dont exactly know what the exact name of him was). He was my prized possession at the time. Well I got the trd that someone was doing a challenge and would give me a cheap little omgsc for that 2009 rare and that was a good trd. I really liked the pet that they were giving so I accepted the trd. Literally only one day later I was told on how good the pet I gave away was. I asked that guy but they had already blocked me. So this is good info for all the people playing this game. Keep up the good work!

Bumping this again this year.
Fortunately I learned rarity and stuff pretty early on and I didn't get any really good 18th dec pets until years after I joined, but I know some are less fortunate and need to know this.
