Amazon is having some outages right now which is making some Oekaki drawing layers and images temporarily unavailable, they should be back again for us soon!

Oh so thats whats happening, good to know its temporary! Is this also why a large amount of my saved drawings aren't turning up? A lot of my saved drawings aren't loading so I was panicking for a bit.
