haha I hate it when a villager you want to leave does that; gets your hopes up way too much.
I've been lucky; I had Knox arrive last week and he's already asked to leave thankfully. I'll be going island hopping this time to find a villager I actually want lol.

I discovered a neat thing last night!

We had a star shower last night, but not a heavy one (thank you, MeteoNook!) When my roommate logged in as her character earlier in the day (before noon), Isabelle's announcement was about our visiting weekday character, Label. Pretty typical!

I didn't get a chance to play until later in the day, after 9pm. For my character, Isabelle's announcement was that Celeste was visiting!

So I'm guessing if you're having stars and Celeste visits, and you don't log in until after she arrives (7pm), Celeste takes priority over usual weekday visitors in the announcements? That's pretty cool, and helps with guesswork! I couldn't say what would be the case if, say, you had a visitor at the campsite, though.

another way to tell is vist the roost between 6pm-7pm and she should be chilling there,or after 7 go do your streches , if shes around she will be there

I found the cutest little mini-figures at this hobby store a town over from mine today. c': We were up there doing some Christmas shopping, and they had a box of AC character figures sitting on the check-out desk. They only had Dom and Marshall, but the side of the box showed some other villagers and NPCs. Would have loved to get the Flick one, but I settled for Dom since he's a cutie. ;u; They were even flocked, I thought that was a nice touch.

Oh I've seen these! I have Isabelle which I found at Gamestop a while back to join with my Isabelle collection. (I have... many Isabelles at this point.)

I'd love to get the Flick one for my roommate, but I haven't been able to find him. 😔 When I search for them online they're usually selling the entire set, which isn't what I'm looking for.

Gosh, I just got guilted into selling an item to one of my favorite villagers. Really didn’t expect that new dialog lol, it’s nice but also sad I have to wait a day to get it in the mail again haha. :”D

So psa I guess? If you have something in your inventory you don’t want to give up and are easily guilt tripped, don’t interact with a villager if they run up to you.

I'm guessing that you can also just drop items that you're not willing to part with before you talk to said villager. ^-^ I'd imagine that would work, anyway, since it would no longer be in your inventory while you're talking to them?

Hello everyone! I was finally able to buy myself a switch lite and ACNH, so I just started my island a few days ago! I'm up to my first campsite villager being invited, nice to meet you all! How do we go about inviting people to our islands and going to others islands? I wanna start trying it out soon ^^
