Role Play Rant Thread V.2

Those days when an applicant just doesn't get the meaning of "no." Or those days when you say "this roleplay is semi-lit" to someone, you give that person an ENTIRE average-reading-book-page long post, and they reply with a one-liner. Yep. Those are the days that you just want to pull your hair out. I mean, forsrs. Roleplaying isn't about saying "Mary sue barked." Roleplaying is like writing a story, except you are writing a story for a being, you plan out their LIFE for them. You didn't create the being to make it's destiny to howl every post you make, NO, you made the character for adventure, surprise, for romance, for suspense! Role-playing is a place where you can take out your anger upon a being, and have their life roll downhill, and then slowly bring them back up to the top. Role-playing is a place where you can actually learn things to help you in real life. Like applying for a semi-lit rp, and slowly become more literate than you ever imagined yourself being! ... I think I just esploded. |D

Dear Self,

Quit surfing through Google for potential character pictures that you can edit for fun and use as characters >.> You have enough characters >.>

Whew. I'm glad I'm not the only one that feels that way. Because, for a second there, I thought I was a total idiot for typing up a "long" rant, when everyone else was typing up short ones. :c

I feel a little left out, but I just don't have the energy to apply myself to a new RP X'C

Oh Velvy, <3. Its all right. I haven't been able to dedicate myself to any of yours or Nala's or Minty's (if any) at all lately. I can hardly keep up with three rps. Don't feel left out, its stressful! :c

*Ahem* I was actually just about to rant about something like this xD On the WetPaint site I'm on, I feel left out and ignored, so I was gonna try to find an RP on here, and I did, but it's 44 pages in and I'm a bit afraid to join it, since it's a second version of the original Dx Why must I be so afraid? They're accepting, or at least that's what it says on the title, but I'm just afraid x.x
