I am trying to secure an internship this summer as a natural resource technician, and would love to write future policies to help protect public lands. I am very passionate about sustainable outdoor practices and eliminating their impact on native plant and wildlife species.

Wow that sounds so fun! Seems fulfilling!

I am a cleaner, i clean buildings. It isn't the greatest job but its gotta be done. For the most part its pretty alright. Its just the monotony of it that gets to me. I have 2 jobs cleaning at 2 different buildings one takes over 2 hours and the other is 2 hours give or take. One i work with my dad (he has his own business) and the other i work alone for someone i know from church. I also work at nighttime. Sometimes you find strange things in the garbage, and it can be frustrating too sometimes when people leave unfinished cups of coffee in the garbage and then it leaks. So, overall it is a boring job but it has its perks. Like pushing a mop around has made me stronger
Haha noob
Not really anymore

i work at mcdonalds. as funny as some see it its still a job and i mean it isnt the worst, to be quite frank its my first job and its difficult to find some places that hire my age in my area. Theres some bad customers and bad days for sure but in the end it pays decently and I can work with a lot of my friends. All while getting work experience at a young age and some side money to either save or spend on extra things that might make my life a little bit more fun

I currently work at my local Walmart Neighborhood Market as a fresh associate !
It is a pretty physically demanding job & very fast pace, which I personally really enjoy.
My shift is 4 AM - 1 PM , I really like that about it a lot to be honest, haha.
I'm a bit of a night owl so getting up at 3 AM to get ready & go to work is much more tolerable than during the daytime.
Pluuuus getting off at 1 PM is always nice, feels like I have more time in the day ?? even tho it's all the same in the end.
This time of year is pretty hectic, as we get trucks in daily.. but it's nice to always have something to do !
Definitely makes the day go by faster, I'm not fond of a slow job where I'm left doing much of nothing.
