Caelan sighed, this human was getting annoying, but he worked through it and explained, "It's not a code. As for the wheelchair, yes, I am a centaur, but as a child, I lived among humans. My birth mother died during childbirth, and I never found out what happened to my father. A human couple adopted me. They were the ones who taught me to use that spell so that I could mingle among humans instead of being isolated on the farm. We tried a spell that gave me human legs, but they were still as long as my normal legs, way too tall for a person my age back then.

Freya grunted as she moved the heavy box from the far side of her wagen to the entrance, inside resided her crystal ball and the collection of tarot cards she had collected from over the years. Of course other trinkets resided in the said box but she pushed them all aside to grab the opal colored sphere that rested against the bottom of the box. Also grabbed a deck of her oldest and most rustic deck of tarot cards she smiled with a slight sigh before pushing the box underneath her wagon. Turning her attention to her stall she began to set her things up, ignoring the shadowy figure that leaned against her booth she flashed him a wink before returning to your work. "I know I know, but mother would love me continuing to use her decks." She said softly and the large firgure began to shift the cards that had previously rest on the table. "Leave them be, don't want any getting lost." Freya ordered before raising her hand, instantly making the shadow disappear. Bringing a more calm and quiet energy around her stall.

He nodded at Liem after he introduced himself, and then turned to look at Robin, who did the same. Was this a bit awkard? "I'm Caspar." he said, forcing another smile. After everyone present had stated their names, he had to do the same. He wondered whether he should offer a handshake, but he could feel there was a bit of distrust from the people in this place towards humans. He clenched his fist.
Looking at Liem again, he followed "Well, not exactly. Everyone has a different reason to be here." Caspar wondered whether he should mention his for a second, and he glanced towards the ground. There was no point in hiding it, and the more people who know about it, the easier it will be to find him. He regained eye contact and continued: "I'm actually looking for someone."

The white toed black wolf flicked their pure black tail. The ears perked as they continued to listen, and their nose twitched now. They stopped doing that and reached their muzzle forward. The black wolf then actually sniffed the hand. They wagged their tail a bit. He smelled...like a nice person; they just got that sense from him.

They then looked to the other human, and whined. He seemed unsure of them... like he maybe didn't like animals. They couldn't actually be sure though, without like directly asking him. To do that, they'd have to turn human...They weren't quite ready for that yet. Not in front of these humans they didn't really know.

The redhead with the nose and cheek freckles hummed a bit. The lighter tanned and turquoise eyed one smiled. She led the way to her place, and said "Here we are. Should we put them inside, or in the planter boxes I have outside?" she asked. She thought they'd be fine either place. She asked Thunder his opinion, however.

The shorter and slender tanned one, with lighter vitiligo, hummed. The green and brown sectoral eyed one looked over. The dark brown straight haired one shook their head. "Why would i want to read your files?" they asked. They then smiled at Olivier, and said "Thank you." After all, he hadn't waited for an answer, so they just thanked him.

Looking to Alex, they said "Seven or eight...maybe? I wasn't exactly focused on counting people; I was focused on seeing the place. A show you say?" they asked. "That actually sounds like a lot of fun; what does he mean, turning you into a pet?" they then asked. They didn't know Taurus, after all. They had no idea he was joking. They then took the cup to take a sip, and said "This is delicious."

The average height creamy skinned Canadian hummed. The blonde and blue eyed, partially blind male turned to Robin and the 'dog', and smiled. "They're so friendly, but I guess that's normal for a dog. He said "I'm assuming the group came for the same reason I did. To see if this place was really abandoned or not," he said. "As we can see, it's clearly not. It's so nice here," he then added, as he really thought it was.

He then looked to Caspar, as he said he was actually here to look for someone. He looked worried, and asked "Who? Who are you looking for?" and tilted his head. "Did someone you know get taken from here?" he asked. He was thinking of kids or teenagers, who got taken all the time. This would actually be the kind of place someone might use. It was supposed to be abandoned, after all. No one would be around, but it sounded like Caspar might have.

(Hopefully were allowed to insinuate kidnapping... it's not really an adult topic; I know adult topics aren't allowed. I mean, parents run off with their own kids all the time. That's considered to be kidnapping)

As Freya finished assembling her card she began to feel eyes on her, the shadows around her giggled and spoke amongst themselves making her shush them out of annoyance. Standing up right she looked over her shoulder, the tassels of her shawl slightly swaying and her golden curls bounced as she made eye contact with a man who had been slowly approaching her. Her brow arched as her nostrils slightly flared, a fellow supernatural but one she hadn't met before. "Taken an interest in my cards?" Freya asked as she leaned against her stall. She could tell he had been examining her table and his lingering on her deck intrigued her.

As the man grew closer, Freya turned up her chin to look at man as she realized how tall the man truly was. Batting her elongated eyelashes she smirked as she turned her attention to the cards. Picking up half the pile she began to shuffle them in her hand and looked up and down at the tall figure in front of her. "They're called tarot cards or they can also be called trionfi cards." When she spoke she began to shuffle them faster. "Practitioners such as myself use tarot them purportedly to gain insight into the past, present or future." Freya explained as she used the desk she had been leaning on to rest the deck of cards on top of it. "We formulate a question, then draw cards to interpret them for the viewer." Resting her fingertips on top of the deck, Freya's blue eyes connected with the mountain of a man. "Would you like me to read your fortune?" She questioned with a slight lure to her tone. Freya asked like she would any human that she would lure into her stall/act even though she knew she wasn't dealing with one.

"You're welcome." Olivier replied, and watched the human carefully, to see if they liked the drink. It wouldn't be a surprise, of course, since Olivier knew he had the talent to create a new drink that a particular person would like. Not that it was very difficult, if he knew just what the person liked, though he also liked finding new and similar juices for people to try that he thought they'd like.

He couldn't help but smile a little as Taurus teased the human about Alex's show and becoming a pet. It was quite amusing, and he knew the humour well enough. Although, he quickly realised, the human might not realise it or understand the humour just yet. After all, they'd only just met them!
"Oh, he's only joking... I think. That's Taurus' humour." Olivier explained quickly to the human, as to reassure them. Although, he thought, he was quite sure Alex would certainly take the joke into account as a serious suggestion. Hopefully not. They didn't need other humans outside of the Fairground to be noticing that people were missing... and then converging on the Fairground.

"Oh! No, I didn't mean that. Just that you're given so much." Olivier quickly said to Taurus, a little sheepishly, unsure if the other was joking or not - and responding like so just in case it was not a joke. "I'm sure you're great at your paperwork! But it must get awfully boring... if you do it outside of the Juice Bar."

"Oh, yes. But they can get a little nervous... so try not to do any sudden movements or loud noises around." Robin explained. They weren't too sure if that was true, but figured it would be safe to say it anyway. Besides, they didn't want either of the humans to suddenly get a burst of excitement or start running around. Not that either of them seemed like the sort at the moment, but just in case. Besides, they didn't particularly like sudden movements or loud noises themselves, so there was that.

With a nod, Robin agreed. "Yes, it is nice here... partifucly as we've been able to stay hidden from humans for so long. A convincing rumour or two and the abandoned, dangerous exterior has helped... for the most part... up to now..." they said. No, they weren't going to quite entirely explain the way things worked between the outside and inside of the Fairground, but referring to it would be okay, they were sure.

Looking towards Caspar, Robin raised an eyebrow, a little surprised. "... Someone?" they questioned, "I... am sorry to hear that." they added. They weren't sure if it was true, but even so, Robin wasn't sure where one would even start to find someone. It had been a rather long time since they'd heard of a human entering the Fairground.

He glowered at Grey, not entirely hearing what they muttered under their breath, but Ezra had assumed it was something about him. He decided it was not worth dwelling on it. "Yes, I'm sure." Okay, he was a bit thirsty, and a tea would probably help open him up to accepting just how real and weird everything was right now, but he wasn't going to admit that to anyone.
"... I'm gay too, want a medal?" Ezra commented, finding himself a little annoyed that he was starting to realise that he had some things in common with the vampire. "You like your tea as well, clearly." he added, having noticed the new cup of tea that Grey had made for himself.

Ezra was going to continue with his snark and cold comments, but then... saw the cat that Grey brought out and set down. His eyes widened slightly. Uh oh. He thought. If there was one thing out of the entire Fairground and this while situation he'd be warmed by, was a cat. And a very sweet seeming one as well.
No. He was going to resist and ignore the cat. Instead, he focused on Ember's barrage of new questions for Grey and Caelan.

"How many more questions do you have? Or are they just going to keep coming?" Ezra asked, folding his arms across his chest, and turning his back towards the cat, just so he wouldn't be able to see the cat.

"I would love a medal." Grey said sarcastically, turning around to Ember instead and picking up the bottle to fill it at the sink. Placing it back down when he was finished. "I eat normal food, what else would I eat? Why do humans think we burn in daylight, maybe if your millions of years old but not if you in your early 200's." He watch Ember run towards the cat. How can one being have so much energy? They notice Ezra become annoyed and could help but chuckle a little, it was amusing to Grey. Did he not know he could leave whenever? "Ez, you know you can leave my café whenever you like, right?" He smiled slightly, holding in another laugh.

He heard Ember asking more questions. "She's a girl and her name is Lily, she comes around sometimes. Lot's of cats do, I love them all though." He squatted down to pet the cat resting on the ground beside the bowls. Hopefully Ember would stop asking questions at this point, this was exhausting.

"Everyone has a fortune darling." Freya said softly as she ran her fingers along the top of the deck, making three cards fall from the top. Her eyes softened as they connected with his glare that burned right through her. "Well sir It's not very kind to generalize." She said simply as her eyes fell from his eyes to his hand, his veins breaking through the skin worried her. Would he hurt her for simply her occupation. As Freya's eyes met his she sighed before going behind her booth and setting herself. "I'm a Talfirian. A shadow shifter darling." Freya explained as her finger tips began to turn black as well as her eyes. The shadows are them began to dance and swirl. Coming as fast as they left once her eyes returned to normal. "I couldn't curse anything even if my life depended on it, I'm not a witch." Her lips pursed as she leaned back in her seat.
