-- recounting his run-in with the white molly, Ghost can't help but to smile gently as his eyes follow the scout around camp. it seems her initial burst of sarcasm & sassiness warmed the soldier to her instantly.... "love at first sight" as lodin had worded it teasingly.

-- Halina's pestering eventually pays off as she convinces Kichea to let her explore the bushlands around camp in search of useful herbs, though owes her thanks to the watchful Ghost who stepped in to offer to accompany the healer in case of possible dangers. the soldier finds himself regretting this decision soon after the two leave camp, Halina enjoying teasing him about his obvious fondness of Malika a little too much.

-- back in camp Ayah dances around Kichea as the queen recounts her solo journey across the plains, slipping in warnings of the dangers surrounding their home to teach the new scavenger, though Ayah seems more preoccupied in how amazing her new queen is.

-- Lake has his paws full with teaching Tamu the way their group works and the laws & hierarchy they follow, despite the learner appearing to not be listening he notices the falter in his teacher's permanent smile and strikes up more questions until the two eventually leave the camp for a physical lesson.

-- Lodin, Saksi & Beaver mill around camp together, the youngest of the trio rescues a tiring Kichea of Ayah's endless energy and recruits the scavenger in a game against the older toms.

-- with the addition of mollies in the group the Ukoo's hierarchy becomes more apparent, Malika finds herself bathing in the glowing sun beside Kichea who answers the new scout's enquiries, though the somewhat serious tone of their conversation becomes much lighter as the queen peeks over to the white molly and begings teasing her over a certain dark tabby

‣ the two youngsters of a very far-off clan find their way through the dangers of the grassland and into the heart of Ukoo territory, their bravery impresses not only Ghost & Halina who found the two but Kichea as well as they're taken to meet the golden queen. as predicted Kichea gives the two a home among the growing group, the only request the queen seems to have is a change of their clan-given names. the young molly takes the name Ayah, while her younger travel buddy is named Tamu and becomes the first learner.
‣ the healer Kichea requested is found by the queen as she makes her way back from the pockets of water further in the grasslands, the queen is shocked by how quickly she finds the ginger molly and the two share a breathless laugh after their initial shock. the molly later introduces herself as Halina.
‣ Lodin & Saksi can barely contain their humoured grins as they lead the white molly back to camp, a much quieter-than-usual Ghost trailing behind with a new glint to his golden eyes. the father & son recount the run-in between the new molly and the stoic soldier to their queen, who shares their amusement as she catches sight of the glance shared between the two felines. the white molly is named Marini Malika, though opts for Malika as a nickname.
