HISTORY: born and raised in the forests outside of ridsey, max lived among the ever dwindl
ing fairy population of uthal, a species that kept to themselves and stayed in the shadows
for generations upon generations; hidden in the woodlands, living in self-built cabins and
forraging for food, the fairies were able to avoid being discovered for centuries and were
able to pass themselves off as human citizens (if seen) due to the undetectable nature of
their powers. it wasn't until the ambrose family was cursed that the fairies were forced o
ut of their isolation, the king's men coming and interrogating their people in hopes of find
ing a cure; in return for the promise of being left alone, the fae agreed to send one of th
eir strongest with the power of healing to help the royal family. unfortunately, for max,
that meant being forced to leave his home and brave a world that was unfamiliar to him.

✩ is often told by others that he comes across as cold and uncaring, his reserved nature
✩ easily misinterpreted; while appearing aloof, max is actually quite affectionate, but
✩ struggles with expressing his emotions. uses his actions rather than his words, always
✩ doing sweet little nothings for those around him. 10/10 emotionally constipated.
✩ is most often sporting a very neutral/stoic look, completely and entirely unbothered b
✩ y the world around him. consider it an extension of his introverted nature, but max

✩ while it can be kinda tough to be friends with max because of how picky and prickly he
✩ can be, once you're in, you're in for life. he always sees the best in his loved ones, and
✩ is 300% selfless, doing everything in his power to lift others when they're feeling down.
