And is this one fair? Like I know the rat is older but I also know rats have lower demand so I wasn't sure if it all evened out

2nd one is unfair to them. Even though rats do have lower demand, that one is still worth an 09 rare. That said, Im assuming they know that and are overpaying on purpose, because that 11 rare is fairly popular

Would 3 zebras and UR peas be worth the UR cat?

depends on the zebras offered.
the ur sitting cat is going for 2.5-3n
a vr zebra is 0.75, the omgsr zebra is 1n

so 3 vr zebras would be 2.25n + the peas would be 2.75n
2 vr zebra + 1 omgsr zebra + peas would be 3n
so both would be fair
only 2 omsr zebras + 1 vr + ur peas would be overpay for the ur cat

1000% agree with godking's heretic. We cant really give you a straight answer unless we know which zebras we're talking about, but everything they said previously is correct
