**Affected Dogs of all but PRA and EIC will be sterilized.
Affected dogs cannot compete in sports/shows **

Degenerative Myelopathy - DM is a progressive degenerative disorder
of the spinal cord. Because the nerves that control the hind limbs
are the first to degenerate, the most common clinical signs are
back muscle wasting and gait abnormalities.

Exercise-Induced Collapse - the mutation in DNM1 disrupts efficient
neurotransmitter release, leading to a cessation in signaling and EIC.

Glycogen Storage Disease VII, PFK Deficiency - (PFK) deficiency
causes red blood cells and skeletal muscle rupture and injury
during strenuous exercise, overheating, or prolonged barking
or panting.

Progressive Retinal Atrophy, Progressive Rod-Cone Degeneration -
This type of PRA leads to early loss of cone cells, causing day
blindness before night blindness.

Familial Neuropathy - This leads to muscle wasting, abnormal fluid
accumulation in the skin and limbs, and kidney failure.
