Snowbelle snorted when she heard barking. She decided to investigate a little closer to the ranch. Cautiously, ready to flee, she trotted over to the barn and sniffed the side of it.

Steph walked inside the house and collapsed back onto the couch, exaughted from the hours work. She felt stiff as she closed her eyes, hoping she didn't work to hard.

Hoero looked at Steph with tired eyes and laid her head back down, falling asleep again.

Sakura saw Steph as well, but she didn't go back to sleep. She stood up, stretched, and followed her.

Alex sighed and walked to Missy. She finnishe drying the mare and unclipped the crossties. She lead the mare back to her stall. She let the mare enter and unclipped her lead, hanging it on a hook. She walked over to Apollo's stall to take him out and put him in the paddock with Adele. She clipped his lead to his halter and lead him out to the paddock. Once at the paddock she whistled to get Adele's attention, she opened the gate and let the stallion loose, closing it behind him. She hung the lead rope over her shoulder and sat on the fence. The middle day sun warming her back, taking the chill it had from this morning. She smiled as her blonde bangs fell Into her face. She sat on the fence and watched the two horse's interact. Adele and Apollo.

Adele's head shot up from grazing when she heardthe whistle, knowing it must be Alex-and where Alex was, Apollo was with her. The obsidian stallion caught Adele's eye as she galloped from the back of the field, to where her mate was.

Rocky was now asleep against the fence. he woke up when he heard the gate open. He was soon not excited about it, seeing it was only a horse.

Jerome saw Alex. Happily he pranced over, his tail wagging.

Alex hopped down from the fence, crunching down and petting Jerome "hi buddy." she said. She kept stroking the dog's head.

Apollo nickered and nuzzled Adele "hi again." he said, flicking his tail. He snorted and shook his mane.

Jerome licked her cheek happily. "I'm assuming Dixie's inside." he said, looking back at the cabin.

Sakura licked Steph's fingers when she finally made it on the couch.

Adele sighed happily as she nuzzled Apollo's shoulder, resting her head atop his back. "They can't keep us separated like this."

Steph opened one eye, and smiled at the little pup. "Hey cutie." She bent over slightly, picking up the dog and resting her in her lap.

Sakura wagged her curly tail and laid down, licking her paws.

Hoero woke up again. She groggily stood up and went into the kitchen, sniffed around for a few seconds, and then laid down in the middle of the floor.
