Yeah thats a good point animalveg, but I don't think dolphins (and hope!) will go extinct because they do have children and 'repopualte'. But That is a good point, and I wold love for it to stop. But with the movie The Cove they were putting a lot of pressure on Japan, which is good so they may stop. And in an episode of Blood Dolphin$ they started the 'dolphin drives' later which is also a good sign. Maybe if we keep the pressure on them, they will have to stop!

yeah i really hope so that could be a good tactic so then it will be banned and people like the presidents, MPs, and royal families could look at the matter more seriously i would love to see it banned

Yeah hopefully it will stop and people will become more aware of it, because I know until I explained about the slaughter in Taji none of my friends and even family knew about it...And for a while I didn't even know about it! So we just have to raise awarness most importantly.

What does everyone think about fishing nets, too? I know they're not direct slaughter, but it's killing so many whales and dolphins along with hunting them.

I hate trawl nets with a passion... It's just the greed fuelling this practice. Not only catching way too many fish at one time, but also killing and wasting many other species, including sharks, turtles, and dolphins. I'm not against fishing at all when it's efficient, selective, without waste and humane - all of which trawl nets are not.

I agree. Those things ... they've even caught humans in them before, I've heard. And they still contiue to use them, no matter how many species' races their going to corrupt.
