For me it's stuff for "kids". I know I'm an adult and I'm supposed to despise "kid" stuff but it's so nostalgic and calming for me. Everything (usually) has a happy ending, everything is resolved, etc. Reading "kid" series is always so comforting to me.

Would have to be reliving my ptsd and listening to older songs from games I love like pokemon. PTSD because Cynthia's piano theme triggers my flight response so hard lol. Then you have the PMD theme which I adore so much and have so much memories to.
