Reduce Pound/Lost and Found Cooldown

The pound is usually empty after one hour, and the lost and found by 2 or 3, so the "cooldown" is worthless most of the time. I'd suggest reducing the 3-hour cooldown in some way so that users can actually double dip. At the moment, the feature does not work for its intended purpose

Edit: Another option is to just remove the feature instead of changing it.

yeah, my guess is they only want people to take 1 item, so they should just take the cool down off and say you can only take 1 item/pet

If that's the case, then the feature should be removed altogether. Either reduce the cooldown or just remove it, to be honest, because again it doesn't actually do anything at the moment.

honestly, I don't see the sense of the cd anymore.
it's not only the fact that the pound/l&f are empty after a short amount of time
it's also because the fact that the really good pets are gone after a few seconds anyways.

Yeah, would be the best if instead of the cooldown there was one pet/item per opening per player. It would be simple, easy and fair for all

The cooldown should be removed. More active players deserve more chances anyway.

Oh god no. The pound gets emptied in less than a minute.

It's hard enough getting anything at all with everyone getting ONE pet.

{I think there's some good behind the idea of removing the cooldown and making it 1 per opening, especially with how quickly things close, but that's only during the day-- often at night I can get in twice to both Pound & Lost. So...it would just be a little annoying to be limited to one when I could actually get multiple.}
{And removing the limit entirely would just be cruel. That would only let a handful of people get multiple pets from an opening instead of giving more people a chance to at least get something.}
{Also, the cooldown has already been reduced once-- it used to be one pet per 24 hours. I believe the limit was changed when Lost was introduced.}

i think you're right, but that's another problem in of itself. the pound used to always open with 1,500 pets, and it used to take a while to drain it, enough so that you could actually double dip at the end even with the limit. at the current state i understand what you're saying, but it shouldn't BE where it is right now in the first place.

{I do definitely agree here! It's nowhere near as bad if the Pound has 1200+ available instead of less than 500, though these days even that clears out quickly. There's plenty of pets in the Pound to do bigger drops, even if a little less often, so this could be resolved pretty easily imo?}
