'Free' pet from the store?

On the front page of CS, in site news, it says "It's a new month!
That means there's new monthly pets to adopt
There's also new store pets!
AND a special FREE pet available in the store. Check it out! "
I looked, and all the pets there are 20 $CS. Is it my computer? is this a glitch?

It's located in the Specials page in the Store. It's a bat so look for a Cage.
Due to real life issues and a slurry of personal problems, I simply do not have time for the forums, pet collecting, and signature making.
But I still use this site as a easy way to stay in contact with my friend my super awesome best-est friend in the universe, Not Pigeons.
