Both of these are far overpaying - most likely, the dragon will either be uncommon or rare - but I'd take the first one, personally.

Personally, I'd accept that trade - all of them are old uncommons, and all true dates, making them worth quite a bit, and they want a re-release in turn, rather than a true date. I'd do it!
