This is my first event, so, why’s it called the banner pet? Is there something special about it?

they're pets that are only obtained from the banners at the bottom of pages! very rarely you'll get a banner pet instead of a token

oohh super lucky! im not sure what their exact rarity is, but i think i have a v old one from like 2013 that's a rare
so they might all be considered only rare, im not sure if they've been anything else?
i might be a lil cautious trading those if i were you unless you dont really like it bc i dont think it's a super high chance to get them

I am excited since it's my first event, I signed up right after the summer event had ended XD

They're usually uncommon at first nowadays but last year we did get two rare ones right off the bat, so could be rare again or could be uncommon! I personally would lean towards uncommon for this one so far as it's the first day and already it seems like a decent handful of people have gotten it.
