vincent is a wild child at heart, with a knack for causing trouble just to cause trouble.
he's not that bad a kid once you get to know him, but it's difficult to reach that level
of trust for him to feel comfortable around someone he doesn't know. he's fiercely pa
ssionate, extremely protective, and one of the most reliable people you could ever be
friend; though he's also temperamental, destructive, and incredibly bitter towards life
as well as people in general. vincent's not one to show a soft, sweet side, that is, if he
even has one, nor will he often reveal a serious one. he likes to make jokes of everyth
ing; his way of affection is through teasing, and never actually telling you about how
he feels, so it's difficult to find authenticity in his words sometimes. he can't maintain
his own composure to save his life, being considered immature and careless by those
around. vincent tends to be a little more aware of his surroundings than other people
believe. he notices little details that some might not. he's listening when you think he
isn't, and catches onto things quickly. it's in his blood to always search for an escape
when surrounded; he grows wary in unfamiliar places with unfamiliar people but is ne
ver fearless. it may be easy for his guard to lower, but he'll bring it back up so suddenly
that it's like a punch to the face. in companionship, vincent is appreciated for his hone
sty, but has a habit of blunt delivery when providing guidance. though in all relationshi
ps, he consistently puts forth his all, willing to sacrifice anything for those he cares for.

vincent was found as a kid with no name, orphaned before a married couple took him
in as theirs. they had been wanting a child, but were unable to due to infertility, so to
them, he was sent by fate. before that, he was fending for himself, stealing for food
and money in order to survive. all that he's learned is from the streets. the small fam
ily doesn't have much, not even enough for vincent's education, but he manages to gi
ve whatever he can to those who need it more. there was enough knowledge about th
em floating around that they got the invitation, after giving a gift to one of the purce
ll's without realizing it. he still somewhat has sticky fingers for shiny objects, if it will
help his family.

The people around her were distanced from her inner workings. They appeared to her as puppets
with imaginary long strings, lingering above their heads - they were there to look, not touch, just
entertain. Dolls with no thoughts or feelings. She imagined herself the puppeteer, as though she were
the ones controlling them. Sometimes she dreamed that if she wished them out of the world it would be
so simple as to cut their strings and they would not bother her anymore.

Jade has always been a wild card as far as high society was concerned. A refusal to back down, possessing
the courage of his convictions, honest, imposing, and sharp. Her most redeemable quality is her intuitive
conversation - though often quiet, the woman is exceptionally well versed and can talk about art and music
for hours. Despite her less than wealthy upbringing, she has a distinct taste for splendor that tends to go
unrewarded, often shoved to the side for people who are more worldly than she. Smart and intelligent, with
refined tastes that almost entirely negate her upbringing.

Outwardly otherworldly, with the innocence of a child but inside the guilt of a soldier who has decimated his
entire battalion. A meddler by nature, a gory, sick individual with much more to explain than she could ever
put into words. If you're afraid, so is she. A child of the universe, a fleeting existence. Think of her as a cup
of coffee. Pretty to look at but bitter to the touch. Add sugar, add milk, clean it up a little and maybe you'll
get a kick. You've to keep looking and adding to make her sweet enough to stomach. Even at her kindest there
is something deeply unsettling in those endless eyes of hers. Men have been desperate to fix it and make her
the perfect wife but her aloof attitude has thrown off too many to count.

But you dream of some epiphany, just one single glimpse of relief to make sense of what you've seen.

Jade was adopted as a young child.
Perhaps "adopted" is a little off-
beat - she was collected from an
orphanage around the age of four
orfive, being picked up by a man
and woman whom she only addre-
sed as "sir" and "ma'am".They owned
a fabric store, she was trained as
a seamstress by the age of ten. It
was practically beaten into her not
to speak too loud or do too much &
she learned very quickly. This upbri-
ning has made her the way she is,
onlyrecently being allowed to soc-
ialise and berated for not having a
husband despite not being permit-
ted much contact before now.
Her parents - as seamstresses and
fabric creators - are no stranger
to the Purcells. They have been
known to create high quality
garments - many of which have
been created or passed through
the hands of Jade - for the
family for many years. It is an
arrangement that has benefitted
both families rather handsomely.
An enigma of a life, has Jade
experienced.

Extravagance is all the man has ever known. Born to money, raised in money, he has
experienced hard times and good times too - but in both he forced himself to keep a
degree of elegance and taste. Whenone does not have the common worries, they can
focus on the luxurious. And luxury is in the man's blood. Almost quite literally. The

mystery of the Addison family is one that may never be solved And he iss so like his predec-
essors - extravagant, excentric, thrilling, just meeting him may make your blood run cold. Or it
may make your blood stop running altogether. That's the joy of the unknown.

Reckless. Looking to settle has never been an option for the young man until now - his parents decided
it is time for him to settle and become a man. But his reputation precedes him as a man who spills
his wealth and wrecks his image too often at parties. Swarmed by women but never committal, many
believe that he is past the point of saving. His recent growth and invitation to this party is a way to
prove that he can, in fact, settle down and be an upstanding member of society rather than a reckless
youth who will waste away to nothing once his riches are gone.

A pillar of high society, it is no secret that all the boy has ever lived in is exactly that - high end luxury.
He has never had to work a day in his life. The money, the parties, living in a state of complete wealth.
The Addison family's precious boy child stayed almost exactly what he was named as - the boy child.
He never had to grow up, never had to experience any hardship. And as lovely as that was for him to be
subject to... it left him rather disillusioned to the lives of those around him. Made his eccentricities all
the more noticeable when he stepped outside.

Positively, he does enjoy being giving and welcoming to his peers. He is a charitable soul who enjoys giving
and loves to make sure that others can experience luxurious living - he wants to press the life of luxury on
anyone he comes into contact with. On the other hand, he has often been criticised for being too much of
a showman. That is, they like being in the "spotlight" in public - he is often seen making splashy scenes in
order to impress. Somewhat temperamental and prone to being judgmental, he disapproves greatly of any-
one who does not live their lives in a similar manner to himself. In many ways, he is very superficial.

Born and raised by the Addison
family, a group of wealthy jewe-
llers, Jas asked for nothing. It is
because of this that he became
almost spoiled in his ways and
mannerisms. The Purcells and the
Addison family have a long hist-
ory together, being close family
friends of the Purcells for many
generations. It is not hard to see
the distinct Addison eccentrici-
ties in the young man, though he
has recently been forced to att-
end classes in etiquette and stop
squandering both his money and
