The pets on your side don't add up to the worth of a 2010 rare, they're overpaying a decent amount.

It depends on the 2009 VR, but most would be about 2 09 rares.

first trade: hmm. 1436 c$ is more than 0.5n (= 1.1k-1.2k), but not enough for 0.75n
it looks quite fair if you prefer the high amount of c$, as it can be seen as 7.5 ma and + 1 ma is the lower end of 0.75n

second trade: your side adds up to 23.5 '09 rares which is a little bit less than 3 ma (= 24 '09 rares)
the rat goes for 0.25n or 3-4 mas, so you'd need to add another '10 rare (or, as it's just slight overpay, take it)
however, the overall demand of rats is not the best and they are only tradable with a lot of patience-.
