a 2008 non-list vr is worth an early 2009 vr + a 10 rare

first trade: fair trade. the august pps is 0.25n / 3-4 ma / 25-37 '09 rares. considering the nick sunback is worth 3 '09 rares and the shima is 18 '09 rares your side is roughly 31 '09 rares

second trade: unfair to them. their side is 4.5 '09 rares, your side is 3 '09 rares

Looks slightly unfair to them, if you value recent rares @ 3 c$, uncommons at 1.5 c$ and commons at 0.5-0.75 c$

unfair to you. using the 2:1 rule, your side is worth about 2.75 2019 rares where theirs is only worth around 1
