My 2 1/2 year old Rhode Island Red fell off my arm earlier and is limping. I’ve given her an epson salt bath, what should I do? She is pooping and she ate a little. She has been standing in the same spot the last 3 times I’ve checked her though and doesn’t come when I call her name.
Update:
Thanks everyone! She is back to normal after a week of r and r!She has become very clingy to me but I expect that is normal.

I wouldnt worry too much unless she stops eating or drinking. Check if there is any swelling on her hip, knee and foot joints hun.
I would also suggest mebbe separating her from the others in a smaller pen inside with plenty of access to ffood and water, heat will help.
If she doesnt improve, consult a vet.
Hope this helps ... feel free to chat anytime!

Just keep her in a limited area on her own if you can ... if she doesnt have to move far it should heal ok.
Warm and hydrated x
Thank you, we keep them in a coop due to a severe amount of predators in our area so I think she can stay in there right?
