I'm 90% sure I'm allergic to bananas or at least pollen that may be left on them (OAS, and I'm pretty sure it's this one because my reaction isn't very severe at all) because my entire life up until two years ago I believed EVERYONE got a tingly pins-and-needles/papercut feelings on the roof of their mouths when they ate bananas (kinda like the pineapple enzyme thing) and I brought it up at dinner one time and everyone looked at me confused. Got the same reaction when I told the groupchat about it, so... I still eat them though because it's only a minor annoyance to me, and also it only happens when I just eat raw straight-up bananas, not with bananas that have been processed some way or put into another food item.
