Forms were disqualified if your stables aren't updated. You must have your elementals in your stables to explore. I was previously lenient on this rule but will enforce it moving forward.

Rule Changes/Additions:
1. Explore will no longer run on Wednesdays. It will be Saturdays only. Same 24 hour rollover-rollover window.
2. The percent chance to find horses (both elementals and non-elementals) will be going down just a little bit. The chance to find items will rise in its place.
3. There will be a maximum of 15 paces per user. So if you have 10 horses, you'll take 10 paces. 15 horses, 15 paces. 20 horses, you'll still be taking 15 paces.
