If they don't contact you within around a week, or if you're having other problems such as they're being rude to you, you don't understand their explanations, or anything like that, you can PM one of our thread mods, and we will assign you to a new adopter as soon as we can.

Why should you be allowed to adopt a newbie?: I believe I have more than enough information to glean to a new player. I know how forums work,how adopting pets works, and I have a good handle on trading, plus, if the player actually needs a friend, I'm here. I can understand not comprehending what's going on exactly when something is explained to you, or feeling stupid for thinking one thing is another. I suffer from that. And I want new players to know that I care. That I know how it feels. I want them to see that there's more to CS than being elite.
How often do you get on CS, and how long are you typically online on these days?: Multiple times a day, although, due to my job, it's a little more difficult to say for how long.
Did you read and understand all of the Adopter information?: I did.
Do you agree to be helpful and polite to your newbie at all times?: Of course! They don't deserve to be bullied for being new, we all start somewhere.

I do not think my newbie requires help, however, I'm still in contact with them. But, with the free time I've gotten, I would like to help another newbie get into CS.

Have you helped anyone before anywhere on CS? If so, please link to the post/s: I don’t think I’ve done it publicly on the forums, but I believe I’ve helped a little privately years ago!
Why should you be allowed to adopt a newbie?: I’ve been on the site since 2013 and I know my way around it! I’d love to be able to help some new people as I remember being a bit confused when I first joined. I love meeting and talking to new people, and I love being helpful so I’d like to do all that I can to help anyome who needs it!
How often do you get on CS, and how long are you typically online on these days?: I get on for just a little bit every day multiple times just to check my notifications or adopt pets, so admittedly not as long as I used to stay on. But I’m willing to stay on for as long as I need to if somebody needs help!

1, 2, 3, and I've been giving helpful links to newbies introducing themselves. I'm sure I have more, but cant seem to find them.

Why should you be allowed to adopt a newbie?: I am very friendly, helpful and approachable. I enjoy helping others as much as I can, it makes me happy to know that I have helped others. I am knowledgeable within the CS community and know the rules, site, trades, roleplay section and oekaki section very well. So, I am able to answer any questions, I always answer honestly and if I dont know something I always look it up to make sure I give them the correct information about their question. I also am very detailed in answering questions if the member is still confused or isn't understanding and I am always patient with them while I help them.


How often do you get on CS, and how long are you typically online on these days?: I am on ever day for 4+ hours per day. I'm normally always on to be honest, other than when I'm sleeping or working.

Did you read and understand all of the Adopter information?: I fully read and understood all of the Adopter information.

Why should you be allowed to adopt a newbie?: I see myself as a kind, openminded and helpful person overall. I like helping people out because I know I for sure needed that when I first joined CS (I just didn't get any help, sadly)
How often do you get on CS, and how long are you typically online on these days?: I am online every day, for hours on end - but I'd say around 3-6 hours.
Did you read and understand all of the Adopter information?: Yes, I believe I do. Please let me know if I have missed anything
Do you agree to be helpful and polite to your newbie at all times?: Yes, I do! I don't believe in being mean towards people, it creates bad karma and nobody needs that in their life.

Why should you be allowed to adopt a newbie?: i love this idea! i definitely feel as though i'd be more comfortable if i had someone to reach out to as a new user. i also love making new friends and helping others. i feel very qualified as i've almost been a member for ten years now.
How often do you get on CS, and how long are you typically online on these days?: at least an hour daily, typically more.
