Raising a paw, he moved the vine to rest on it and looked at the nine incisors that rested there. He gazed upon them fondly, before dropping the paw.
"Let's get this thing started!" he called out to the world, his voice ringing amongst the dead trees, "Throw whatever you got at me!" he finished his statement loudly, proudly.
His paws barely skimmed the water as he walked further into its depths, staring down into the currents. -

An unwavering gaze was met with neon hues that dashed across the sweeping skyline like an artificial aurora
lighting up an ebony night. There was something comforting within the blinding glow, like the way the sun burns
one's skin under blazing heat, or how the waters retract and 　extend with the tides. His white muzzle lowered,
the softened tips of his chin whiskers brushing against one of the bloodied teeth that punctured his red collar &
his body heaved the weight of a sigh, burdens of tension rolling off muscled shoulders and rippling down his
frame. A low, rumbling laugh escaped his lips, undoubtedly sinister in nature.

"This view is truly to die for, wouldn't you agree?" He purred, his voice scraping and cold as he turned his gaze
to the black, feline mass of fur and blood that lay limp behind him. Soris sauntered to figure, observing as the
cat's body shuddered as it attempted a ragged breath. "Not in the mood to speak? Fine then..."

In a single sweeping action, Soris lowered his head and gripped the failing neck of this once-formidable warrior
with a paw, watching as their head lolled back and jaw went slack, revealing a bloodied mouth. The white head
of Soris met against the black cheek of the declining cat, watching with 　a sadistic smile as their victim could
only widen their eyes with fear before Soris made a final sweeping bite, 　his ivory fangs clutching one of the
canine's of the cat, pulling away as a violent pop rang through his pierced ears, followed by a rattling gurgle
from his victim as crimson pooled from the empty socket where one of their teeth once resided.

Soris' eyes were narrowed into slits, a callous glint peaking　 through snake-like pupils as he stood over the
bloodied figure, before spitting out the feline tooth 　of his newest casualty and piercing it into his collar, a
welcomed addition to the collection of teeth that adorned his collar.　 Alas, such morality was necessary to
ensure his reign over the neon city was without complication, though, as he studied his face in the reflection
of a sanguine puddle, he knew that for true domination, he required something more beyond just territory. A
clan. He had 　heard of such groups before, 　rumours from the suburban kittypets 　who roamed 　the city
occasionally, claiming that beyond the seas and the metal jungle he called home there　 lay many fearsome
groups called "clans". Soris noted them to be ridiculous, with those stupid ideas of worshipping some weird
idealistic sanctum they called Starclan, but the idea of a collective group was intriguing.

Indeed, as fiendish adrenaline pulsated through his bloodstream, Soris' certainty grew. A blood-borne legacy to
claim as his own... The Neon Infernum.

A wail was heard from inside the nursery. It was night, Frostgaze had been expecting the birth to be that night so she was sitting next to Lavendereyes, with all the herbs she thought she might need. It was stressful, but finally, Lavendereyes had 3 beautiful kits by her side. Frostgaze was tired, very, very tired. The kitting was a struggle and must've been painful but it was over now and Lavendereyes and the three kits were now sleeping.

Sunlight filtered into the cave, cats waking up, and the beautiful sound of birds chirping came from outside. Lavendereyes kits were looking like they would be great, strong warriors, Dandelionstar watched the kits as they fought with eachother, Lavendereyes and Ghostfall next to him. "They're adorable..." Muttered Lavendereyes. "River looks just like you." Laughed Ghostfall as the two mates leaned into eachother. "Well, I know one thing for sure. They'll be great warriors." Frostgaze exited her den at that, huffing. "They better be... I'm running a little low on herbs now so I need to go out."

Before Frostgaze could leave, she bumped into a much older grey tabby. She stumbled back a little blinking up at them. "Oh hello there miss..." The older cat purred. Oh right. This was Birdwhisper, nicknamed Melody. She was an older cat that Dandelionstar called an elder. She was rather tall, towering over Frostgaze. "Hello Melody. You're supposed to be inside." The medicine cat reminded her. "Oh, I just wanted to go for a walk, Snowflake." Snowflake. Frostgaze hadn't been called that in awhile. "Stay safe, we're up high and it's cold, you were freezing when Dandelionstar and Hootflower first found you." She was about to walk past but Birdwhisper stepped in front of her. "I'll be fine. I just want to let you know there's 2 cats out there." Frostgaze turned her head. "You sure..?" Birdwhisper only nodded before walking inside.

Frostgaze started to search for the cats and after awhile, she found them. Both seemed to be kittypets, only one had a collar, however. "O-oh, I think this might be the cat you were talking about." Whispered the dark grey one (very loudly) towards the pretty grey and white one. "Hello." Meowed the grey and white one. "My name is Sundae and this is Ink. We used to live with twolegs but-" "-Sundae had a weird dream and now he wants to come to the mountain and live there and I didn't want him to go alone so OF COURSE I had to come." Frostgaze wasn't very impressed but let out a sigh. "Come with me, you two... Sundae and Ink?" She started walking back to the cave. She would have to make the herb trip later, for now, there were two new cats going to join ArcticClan. Even if ArcticClan didn't exactly need it.

Common pelt colours, fur lengths, etc.: White, light grey, sometimes tan and light brown pelts. Normally tabbies and spotted tabbies, if not solid. Heterochromia is not uncommon, common eye colours are light brown, blue and green. Long furs and short furs with feathery tails are common in this clan, too.

If you see extra names in brackets next to a cat's normal name, that's just their nickname! Not all cats will have them, but if they do have them, that's how they'll be addressed within the clan.

Only cats who have NOT been found on patrol or via request will be on the 'this moon's actions' list.

Untrained young cats, from six moons up until they become honorable members of the chateau. Even before they are even given into the paws of an adult cat, they are tested for whatever physical attributes that will determine whichever path in life is best suited for them.

Although seldom, if there is a cat that lives beyond their prime. This rank is destined for them. To live the rest of their days in perfect retirement, not having to work, having their needs taken care of by the diligent paws of the pupae.

Traditionally speaking, newborn kits are not given names for there is a threshold of uncertainty regarding that each newborn kit would survive their first moon into the world, for their very souls are not entirely tethered to their bodies. Although this is an ancient tradition, it is held in regard by many of the cats.
When the young nymph has achieved their second or third moon, they are granted their names.
Pupape stage:
All young untrained cats will receive the same title of pupape, shortened as pup.

A mix of combative and herbal names

Names that promote swiftness, quickness.

Seeing that the ruling cat is predominantly female, the heir would have to follow suit. Their suffix would have to enovoke power and respect to ensure success in the next generation of cats, for an ill fated name could only spell disaster.
