v how would you describe your sleep schedule?

i don't necessarily have one. when i go to bed is up to when my brain allows me to. i try to take my melatonin between 10 and 11 PM on work days, depending on when i start to feel a little tired, but that won't guarantee i'll fall asleep around that time. unless i'm hypomanic, i tend to be tired regardless of whether i get 12, or 8, or 2 hours of sleep, so it's not like it matters much. on average/good days, i go to bed around midnight to 1 AM and tend to get around 5 to 6 hours of sleep, ig?
