Midnight sighed. she watched the Alpha as she walked back in. "Please, don't tell anyone. But the male who got me pregnant was a loner." she whispered. she had to tell someone, and Lilly was the only one she could trust.

Lily's face softened "I feel your pain"

"You don't. I met him lost in the woods. he needed shelter so I hid him in my den. we fell in love and mated, getting me pregnant. In the morning he said he was going hunting, so she left the den. he didn't come back untill dark. a chased him, thinking something was wrong. I saw him leaving, with his dad, all the way to China. He's never coming back." she said, tears flooding her face again. she hoped the Alpha wasn't standing at the enterance, listening.
