A newbie who thinks that rarities are mathematical? However came up with the 1 rare = 2 uncommons thing was nuts. It almost never, ever works. It's like an exception to the rule.

It really annoys me when people don't even get that a uncommon is worth more than a common, besides I go by the 3-month rule. And the black cat is clearly older than 3 months. :<
I'm pretty sure people that offer trades like this just want a better deal for themselves and don't stop to think that they are ripping someone off in the process. This one isn't really that bad compared to the common/uncommon being offered for rares/very rares which tends to happen a lot, they are far, far worse because it's incredibly obvious they are trying to rip you off.

well, it really annoys me when people have in their trade rules that they will give you a rare for x WL uncommons
...but then if you actually offer it to them, they say " I don't trade uncommons for rares"
I mean, really, did you write your trade rules in your sleep?

So this user sends me this trade:
Message: Since you have a double of these, Would you like to trade :3?So I cancel saying:
Shimmerleaf wrote:I'm sorry, you did not read my rules.
Then I get this PM from them:
I'm sorry, But I like to trade. And when I send 50 trades in a day, It would be INSANE to read everyones 10 paragraphs of rules, And 4 different passwords. Having a couple is one thing, But you guys are ridiculous. It's sad that so many trades are ruined because canceling a bad trade or two each day is too hard xD
Okay, so I had 3 paragraphs of rules at the time this person sent this. Now I have four. Not only are most of them in bullet form, but some only have 2 sentences. And my "password" is to write the name of one of my "Rule Guardians" in the trade message (meaning one of the charries who speaks to you in the trade rules). I think this is the first angry PM I have ever gotten, and I don't like it.

My lights are OFF!
I walked across
An empty land,
I knew the pathway like the back of my hand
I felt the earth
Beneath my feet,
Sat by the river and it made me complete
Oh, simple thing
Where have you gone?
I'm getting old and I need something to rely on
So tell me when
You're gonna let me in,
I'm getting tired and I need somewhere to begin

(I can't see the trade.)
That's totally rude. >.< Your trade rules look just fine to me. And just because that person likes to trade doesn't give them any speshul priviledges to not read the rules. They still have to do it. Plenty of other people on here love trading and still read the rules. T.T Get over it. Just read the stupid rules!
