Is this a fair trade? If not, how should I edit it?

I'm not super great with rarity here lol but ik date matters, as well as demand, so I'm not certain what either of these pets should go for.

Both of these pets are worth the three month rule, meaning they can be fairly traded for any pet within three months of each other. Since your egg is two years older than the cat, this is unfair to you. They can make if fair by offering a 2012 rare instead of the cat, or adding more pets to make up for the rarity difference. If you use rarity math, they’d have to add a 2013 rare + 2013 uncommon.

I really need help. I don't know if they are over paying or if i should accept this trade. It seems like im being welled short since its a 2014 rare for mostly 2020s and 2021 commons/uncommons. What should i do?

token pets usually go uncommon or rare.
this outcome was one of four, and from what I've seen the second most common one, so I highly likely assume it might turn uncommon.
if this pet turns uncommon their offer is a high overpay.
however, if the pet turns rare it is still overpay as a 2021 rare is only worth a 2019 uncommon.

A rr banana is going for 1n, the Cake Dog is 2 ma and the vr Zebra is 0.75n - 1n. Depending on how you value the vr Zebra this trade is either fair (lower end of 1n) or unfair to the Zebra's side.
