You know you’re straying towards the deeper, wilder chasms of the ocean, but your curiosity has gotten the better of you. The blue surrounding you grows thicker, and you use a light to guide your path. When the darkness is enough to match the night, you halt, sensing a menacing presence. It takes several moments for your eyes to adjust, and then you see it. An enormous, tentacled figure. The webbing between its arms fans out like an umbrella. This must be a Vampire Squid, but it is Enormous, far larger than it has any right to be.

This creature is no match for your vitality. Though its very presence is draining, it is nothing that you can’t handle. You explore the area surrounding the vampire squid, and discover 5 Energy Potions in a nearby outcropping of the rocky chasm.
