How did you find Chicken Smoothie?

Back in sophomore year of high school (2013) a group of friends were always talking about chicken smoothine during art class, when we were all together, and whenever the pound was about to open. They had already been on the site since 2011 or earlier so they told me and another friend of mine to sign up and adopt the monthly pets and go to the pound. After that point I checked the pound regularly for rare and old pets and malks and trade and gift pets between us. we gifted each other so often we would often get warnings from staff and whatever SUPER often 🤣 Only one friend that i know of still is active on cs unfortunately, but I've remained hooked on this site since. It's bittersweet for me because I don't really even talk to anyone in that friend group outside of a friend who now works at my local Walmart I see every now and again, this site just brings me back to highschool and fond memories. 🥲
Sorry to get a little rambly, this site just holds a special place in my heart.

I happened upon it being advertised in a pet forum. Back in 2010.
2021, I saw the pets in someone's sig and decided I was going to come back after an 8 year hiatus.

Animal Jam. Was in coral canyons in Aldan around 2014 when I heard someone asking to get CS trades. I made an account on here but I don't remember the username, password, or email to that account. I just know it was steampunk related. I stopped playing 2016 because I couldn't take the stress that was going on in my life. I had lost a lot of close family members that year along with my parent's relationship worsening. I randomly remembered CS existed and came back during hard times so I can have something to keep me busy. I'm glad I did. I have met a lot of nice people!

Back in early 2009, I was on Howrse and saw some pets from DragonCave in someone's profile. That led me to other adoptable pages like MagiStream and from there I found someone with pets from ChickenSmoothie.
I didn't really understand the adoptions and would only adopt one pet to leave pets for others as well Wasn't very active and stopped playing for years.

Came back in 2019 after seeing some old sketches of other adoptable pages on my computer, and have been quite active since then. ChickenSmoothie is the only adoptable page I play continuously.
