A way to describe Rowan could be "pensive". She functions in a manner that logic is put in the forefront before feelings, preferring responsiveness over reactivity in that she believes anything can be accomplished if given the right amount of perspective. On the surface she can appear to be quite serious, remaining distant or standoffish to newcomers to the point that it seems as if she were a beast with it's hackles raised, ready to strike down those that step out of line, but should you be trustworthy enough she will be there extending her hand out to you. The feral haze that seems to follow her dissipates for those truly in need of help and as such, she takes her role beside Holly with a level head even if it may appear otherwise.

Rowan was raised by an elderly couple after her mother had been killed in a car accident when she was in primary school. She remembered vividly how she could sense something bad had happened and when her mother never returned to pick her up, she was taken under the wing of her Kindergarten teacher.
The League became aware of her potential when she excelled in academics and in extracurriculars despite her purposely keeping away from sports teams or large events in school. Eventually her adoptive parents persuaded her, believing it to be an opportunity that could open doors for her in the future and with her mother gone and father intangible, her naive mind chose what it deemed to be the best decision. Rigorous training ensued upon her entry into The League, their expeditions drawing out her dormant abilities. She placed her trust in those that only sought to exploit her capabilties which tore open a raw, altering wound that continues to fester in her inability to feel true guilt or sympathy most of the time which in turn made the serum they administered to her even stronger once she reached the level they'd sought.

Rowan can shapeshift into other beings with the most common types being animals. Turning into a carbon copy of another human is plausible but takes a huge toll on her body enough that she could be weakened by a raging fever, nausea or migraines from hours to days and so her focus tends to circulate around canines or felines with rare appearances in the avian portion. Her connection in particular is with wolves as she slips into the form more often than not. Due to a mixture of the serum, her tie to animals and struggle with humanity, her strength, healing and scent/senses are enhanced. She excels in hand-to-hand combat and knows a thing or two about using both guns and swords, but prefers to not fight at all as a human unless needed.
She has a few forms that are of more powerful animals but similar to turning into a copy of a human, they require much of her strength and cause pain due to the emotional and physical toll.

Rowan never expected the position of second-in-command to be offered to her, believing that her tendency to act with such awareness not only of herself but of others to be a bane rather than a boon, but when the Zodiac League began to churn with betrayal, she knew she couldn't allow harm to come to Holly and the rest of the group. Ever since they'd gone off the grid, living a normal life grew difficult without the distraction that the program provided and as such, Rowan struggles with her animalistic instincts as well as the depressive fog that turns her into a brooding figure.

holly moore is best described as small but mighty. she is
only about 5 feet tall and can often be mistaken for a child
when her back is turned. that doesn't stop her though; she
didn't earn her role as leader just for her pretty face. she is
very confident in everything she does and nothing is left
unplanned or disorganized when she's in charge. she has
a way of making those around her feel confident and in
control, which can be great in the heat of battle. she treats
everyone around her like she's known them all her life; every-
one is special and has their own important role to play and
she makes sure they know that. in more relaxed settings,
holly is very sweet. she has an infectious giggle and there
is hardly a moment when she isn't smiling. she is always o-
pen for chats whenever anyone needs a shoulder to lean
on. holly is fiercely loyal, which can sometimes lead her
to put her trust in those that might not have the best int-
entions. she wants to believe that people are capable of
being good, even if they are clearly beyond redemption.
she can definitely be naïve and too kind at times. she is
also stubborn and can refuse others' more logical advice.

holly moore was the only child of a single mother. her fath-
er was killed in the military. she defintely grew up missing
him, or at least the idea she had of him. her mother was
never the most reliable and preferred to hang out with her
friends rather than her daughter. holly became quite self
reliant because of this. she signed herself up for ballet les-
sons as a young girl and found her passion. she excelled at
it. her mother got sick a few years into her lessons, however,
and she was forced to quit in order to care for her. she also
dropped out of high school at this time. she cared for her
mother for about a year before she ended up passing away.
holly was left lost and alone in life. that was until she was
recruited to join the mysterious gemini order. she was
put through rigorous training and was eventually given the
serum that gave her her powers. it was tough going at first;
her flames ranged from extremely weak to unexpectedly st-
rong. but with many months of dedicated training, she was
able to get a grasp of them. the longer she spent under the
control of the zodiac league, however, the unhappier she got.
she also found herself becoming somewhat of a leader fig-
ure to the other agents. then when a sudden security breach
occurred, she decided that her and her friends were better
off on their own. it was tough to escape the clutches of
the zodiac league, but with enough laying low, holly and
the rest of the group managed to disappear. a year of
chaos and confusion followed for holly and the others,
many moments that she wasn't proud of and she wished
she could take back. but it was hard to fit into the real
world again knowing you had powers that set you aside from
them. now, it seems that luck has run out for her group, as
the new aries squad is hot on their trail.

jezebel fang is a very intimidating person. she can be quite
rude and cold to others. she is extremely suspicious of oth-
ers as well, having learned not to trust from a young age.
she can also be very ruthless; she has absolutely no mercy.
jez is a very hard person to know as well, having virtually
no hobbies or interests (that she lets others see, at least).
she is the definition of private. despite all these walls, she
can occasionally let loose. she loves to mess around with
people and make them feel uncomfortable. she is quite
funny when she wants to be, too. if she ever acts this way
though, it is intentional. even if she seems like she's being
friendly and agreeable, she's never really getting close to
you. jez can change emotions at the drop of a coin. one m-
oment she might be threating your life and the next she c-
ould be laughing about it like she was never serious. even
though all these factors make her seem like a completely
unreachable person, that isn't entirely true. while you
would certainly have to work extremely hard to get close
to her, it isn't impossible. she has been known to take a
liking to a select few people that evenly match her.

despite being born in shanghai, china to two chinese pare-
nts, jez never knew much about that side of her culture.
her family moved to atlanta, georgia when she was just
a year old and she always considered america her true ho-
me. her parents worked so much that they never had time
for her and she was mainly raised by a nanny. it was only
when her parents perished in a car crash that things cha-
nged for her. she was shipped off to a boarding school bec-
ause her relatives didn't want to deal with her. she event-
ually enlisted in the u.s. military when she graduated and
found a new family there. she had many friends and even
fell in love with a fellow soldier, jeremy. in the span of a
few years, however, jez's life went completely off the rails.
she was involved in a bit of a conspiracy overseas during
her time in the military that eventually ended in a dishon-
orable discharge for her. she lost everyone that was impo-
rtant to her. for a long time she had no purpose in life. un-
til she became a weapons dealer. she had always had an
unusual gift for aiming and handling guns, so it was only
natural. she started dealing with a mysterious criminal
group called the zodiac league and even dabbled in being
a hitman on the occasion. after a mishap involving a sec-
urity breach, jez was offered a new role; to be apart of
the new aries squad. naturally, she accepted. she was gi-
ven training, but she was already most of the way there
with her military background. she then was given the serum
and developed a power for metal manipulation. she is
defintely not that great at harnissing her power, however.
no amount of disipline or patience has taught her how to
fully control it. she still holds a valuable position within
the squad however; she's physically capable of taking on
someone twice her size and she's damn good with a gun.
