Mind if I quickly ask on how you feel about a cat with the history of being a loner in their past becoming a medicine cat if I can make their knowledge make sense?

Sounds similar to Mothwing from the books. I have no problem with it. I think it will be intresting. Will they believe in Starclan or pretend that they do?

In this character's case, yes, but their best friend won't. I shall get them up later tonight (depending how things go) if not, for sure tomorrow at the latest.

Ah, I forgot to change that. There was another post on here that someone wanted to Reserve the medicine cat for Marshclan but that post was deleted for reasons I don't know.

A truly massive cat with thick fur

Name: Tigerstorm

Personality: Tigerstorm is a extremely kind cat, easily the gentle giant. While one may assume he would have been a good warrior due to his side, he rarely extends his claws unless pushed to the absolute limit, luckily if he ever ended up in a fight his thick fur offers defense. That being said, Tigerstorm found the rank he had wanted, a Medicine Cat, and his intelligence and willingness to learn quickly helped him with that goal. He is not overly chatty with others, and seems relatively nervous due to his size; he fears stepping on the tails of others.

History: When Tigerstorm came to the clan he was a loner and was traveling with a female who would later be known as Shadowstep. At the time he was called Trigger, mostly by Shadowstep and didn't speak about what his name was before. He was odd when he did speak to clan cats at first, he knew a lot about their ways, he knew and believed in Star Clan. It didn't take long before someone realized that he was once a clan cat from somewhere far off.

Tigerstorm's old clan was a clan of very small cats who relied on their small stature to survive. This mean that when Tigerstorm was born he was unnatural to the clan and considered a bad omen. He would tower over them all and destroy them, at least that was the belief. As a apprentice he was unwanted by mentors who mostly gave him busy work, as no one wanted to hunt with a large, loud cat, and their normal fighting techniques were useless for his clumsy paws. This meant he spent a lot of time around the medicine cat and gathering herbs. He overheard their lessons, and wanted nothing more than to be a medicine cat, though his clan already had one and a apprentice. After a few months his mother passed and he was blamed, and because of this he was chased off. It was much later that his clan learned that Tigerstorm had nothing to do with the passing of his mother but it was rather his father who was involved. By then it was too late to make right what had happened as Tigerstorm was long gone.

Wandering alone for several moons and surviving on carrion that he came across, he traveled past a two-leg town where he met Shadowstep who started to call him Trigger. He never understood why she looked out for him, she was a fighter and he was not. He did use to tell her stories of clans at night when they found places to rest then when she got into battles, he used what he knew of healing to help her when she got hurt, a personal healer for hid personal body guard. The two moved on from the two-leg town and wandered the wilderness. They would speak to other loners who didn't look for a fight and sometimes Tigerstorm would get to talk about local healing herbs and techniques if he was lucky. He found that while they had little formal training loners had their own ways of learning all about the healing properties and thus he learned and exchanged his own information with them.

Eventually Tigerstorm and Shadowstep found the clans and to his shock, Shadowstep bartered a deal with Marshclan to join them. Tigerstorm was happy to have a clan again but was surprised that Shadowstep chose to give up her life as a loner.

Personality: Rash, rude, stubborn, sarcastic, all words that could easily describe this particular cat. She carries the lightest of foreign accents that is difficult to place. Shadowstep tends not to like others. Despite being part of the clan she seems to have little patience for some aspects of clan life, though does follow through on tasks given. She seems to not care much for socializing but she certainly is not without a heart though. She has a soft spot for kits, and for the underdog and will defend them from trouble if needed. Shadowstep shows loyalty to individuals not the group and once you have her trust, she will fight for you. It's just getting to that point will take a lot of patience and perseverance otherwise her sarcasm may drive others away.

History: Abandoned by two legs on the side of a road, Shadowstep, at the time Talia, was found by rogues who were at first going to leave her as they didn't want another mouth to feed. Their leader thought he saw some fire in her though and decided she should stick with them. She learned to fight from an early age and was fantastic at it, picking up tricks quickly. As she grew she started to explore away from the group when she met a very large but shy cat. She took to calling him Trigger at first. This was because she had seen him snap at someone who had pushed him a little too far though his response was wild and unrefined, and he ultimately lost the fight until she stepped in. She would hear about clan life from the large cat and would sneak him food, though at the time it was more out of pity that curiosity. She did find herself enjoying having the usually silent nights filled with his stories. Eventually the rogues who she traveled with found out and attacked, she defended him and was injured in battle. She was surprised when her new friend stuck around after the fight and healed her. She decided she may as well travel with the big dope.

They began their travels, she often handled talking to strangers, daring them to fight her, while Tigerstorm was the kinder more rational one of the group who could get information. She was simply the warning of what would happen if they tried something. It worked for a while and she enjoyed traveling but the more stories she heard from Tigerstorm, the more she realized how badly he needed a clan. She didn’t tell him; he’d deny it after all. Instead she just went about finding a clan that would take them in. She led them down paths that had more heavy scents of cats, ignoring the rogue and loners that they stumbled upon. It took a while, but eventually they ended up in Marsh Clan territory. When they were found by a patrol she stood her ground and asked for meeting, she would do what it took to get her friend into the clan, and she’d stick by him to keep him safe, even if she shared few beliefs with the clans.

She was hostile towards clan life at first but she would never do anything that would get herself or Tigerstorm kicked out, even if that meant changing her name to fit in: Shadowstep.
