Was anyone actually able to get Journal Pages before the portal opened? Because it took me a day and half after it opened before I got even 1 and now I've hit the limit having only found a total of 2 Now I only get to keep 1 thing for dress ups :'(

They are also available as a rare drop from the crystal digs

I was only ever able to get them as trades, as of yet, I still havent gotten one from either! Wth?

I got one before the portal opened. but it was really hard. I got it from banner most of mine came from banner never got one from digging.

i got a journal page as my second banner after they started dropping
and later got 2 more from the banner! still no page from the digging game
but i really don't mind it (:

I'm so happy I think I've gotten every single outcome. I know I have every grown pet, just waiting on the still growing ones but so far I feel lucky. This was my first ever summer event and it went really went!

And I’ve hit what’s probably gonna be the final banner limit; this is the first time I’ve actually hit the banner limit for an event so that was a surprise

Interesting. Kinda silly to have a limit when they don't expect anybody to hit it anyway.

Probably just an anti-cheater/hacker protection, hence it being so high it doesn’t matter to users digging as intended.

Fan theory. When the portal opened up, a whoosh of air came out and scattered the journals all over the place. And most ended up accidentally getting in the dig site where dirt was piled on them by mistake. That's why they're in the dig site and it got easier to find them after the portal opened up.

I feel like I’ve hunted a lot of banners but have no idea how close to the limit I am
Traded far too much to go through and count

Agreed! It seems a bit weird that some events have a banner counter and some don't.

Everything has a limit, including store pets and token trade-ins, because you have to enter a number for a limit even if you don't think it will be hit. On the off-chance that someone does hit the limit, an admin can raise the limit so they can continue adopting. ^^ (Here's an example!) If someone was hacking to get around the banner limit, they would be caught and banned.

I agree I wish this event had a counter like Halloween, odd it don't I really love to keep track of my banners but so many I loose count. and I'm terrible at math that counting down is a no go.
